Abstract
【解決手段】外周縁部が各取付部19から離間しプレート本体15の一側面側が膨出するとともに他側面側が凹陥する膨出内域面部27と、膨出内域面部27の外周縁部と各取付部19とを連結し所定幅に亘って一側面側が膨出するとともに他側面側が凹陥する膨出連結部29と、膨出内域面部27、膨出連結部29及び各取付部19に隣接し一側面側が凹陥するとともに他側面部が膨出する膨出外域面部31とでパネル本体を構成する。プレート本体15の膨出内域面部27、膨出連結部29及び膨出外域面部31の表面に、膨張成形で、樹脂密度の高いスキン層33を形成するとともに、内部に多数の空隙を有しスキン層33に比べて樹脂密度の低い膨張層35を形成する。

Claims (3)
- 板状パネル本体の外周縁部近傍に該パネル本体を被取付体に取り付ける取付部が複数個一体に成形された樹脂パネルであって、
上記パネル本体は、外周縁部が上記各取付部から離間しパネル本体の一側面側が膨出するとともに他側面側が凹陥する膨出内域面部と、
該膨出内域面部の外周縁部と上記各取付部とを連結し所定幅に亘って上記一側面側が膨出するとともに上記他側面側が凹陥する膨出連結部と、
上記膨出内域面部、膨出連結部及び各取付部に隣接し上記一側面側が凹陥するとともに上記他側面部が膨出する膨出外域面部とを備え、
上記パネル本体の膨出内域面部、膨出連結部及び膨出外域面部は、成形型のキャビティ内に射出充填した繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂が固化する過程で、キャビティ容積を拡大して上記繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂を膨張させることにより、樹脂密度の高いスキン層が表面に形成されるとともに多数の空隙を有し上記スキン層に比べて樹脂密度の低い膨張層が内部に形成されて構成されていることを特徴とする樹脂パネル。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂パネルにおいて、
各取付部はソリッド層であり、該各取付部には締結用の貫通孔がパネル本体を貫通するように形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂パネル。 - ドアアウタパネルとドアインナパネルとからなるドア本体の上記ドアインナパネルにキャリアプレートが取り付けられ、ドアトリムが上記キャリアプレートを車室内側から被うように上記ドアインナパネルに取り付けられた自動車のドアであって、
上記キャリアプレートは請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂パネルで構成されていることを特徴とする自動車のドア。
