Claims (3)
- 樹脂製第1パネルと樹脂製第2パネルとを圧接させた状態で振動させることにより溶着一体化してなる樹脂成形品の振動溶着構造であって、
上記第1パネルは、表裏面に形成された薄肉のソリッド層と、該ソリッド層に挟まれ内部に多数の空隙を有する発泡層とを備えたパネル本体を有し、
上記第1パネルと第2パネルとの間には、長尺状の樹脂製補強部材が振動溶着時における振動方向に延びるように挟持され、
該補強部材の第1パネル側には、ソリッドからなる長尺状の第1溶着リブが当該補強部材に沿うように一体に突設され、該第1溶着リブ先端部は、振動溶着時に上記第1パネルのパネル本体裏面側ソリッド層を突き破って発泡層に侵入し、該発泡層及びソリッド層と溶着一体化されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品の振動溶着構造。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の振動溶着構造において、
上記第2パネルの裏面には、ソリッドからなる長尺状のパネル側溶着リブが振動溶着時における振動方向に延びるように上記第1パネル側に向かって一体に突設され、
上記パネル側溶着リブ先端部は、振動溶着時に上記第1パネルのパネル本体裏面側ソリッド層を突き破って発泡層に侵入し、該発泡層及びソリッド層と溶着一体化されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品の振動溶着構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の樹脂成形品の振動溶着構造において、
上記第2パネルは、表裏面に形成された薄肉のソリッド層と、該ソリッド層に挟まれ内部に多数の空隙を有する発泡層とを備えたパネル本体を有し、
上記補強部材の第2パネル側には、ソリッドからなる長尺状の第2溶着リブが当該補強部材に沿うように一体に突設され、該第2溶着リブ先端部は、振動溶着時に上記第2パネルのパネル本体裏面側ソリッド層を突き破って発泡層に侵入し、該発泡層及びソリッド層と溶着一体化されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品の振動溶着構造。
