Claims (23)
- 液体サンプル中の検出対象を検出するためのバイオセンサーであり、以下の構成要素、すなわち:
固相化結合部位及びプローブコンジュゲートを有する反応チャンバーであり、前記プローブコンジュゲートが前記固相化結合部位と結合するように調節された結合パートナーを有し、前記固相化結合部位が少なくとも一つの磁気ビーズ上に位置し、前記固相化結合部位および前記プローブコンジュゲートが前記反応チャンバーの異なる表面上に位置する、反応チャンバー、
内部の電気化学的反応を検出する電極を有する検出チャンバー、及び
前記反応チャンバーと前記検出チャンバーとの間の液体流路、
を有し、前記液体サンプル中の検出対象の有無が、前記反応チャンバー中で結合したプローブコンジュゲートの量の変化となって表れ、前記変化が前記検出チャンバー中で電気化学的反応により検出可能である、バイオセンサー。 - 前記固相化結合部位が抗原であり、前記結合パートナーが抗体である、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記固相化結合部位が抗体であり、前記結合パートナーが抗原である、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 毛細管現象により充填されるように調節されたフィリングチャンバーを更に有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記反応チャンバーの毛細管のサイズが、前記フィリングチャンバーのサイズより小さい、請求項4に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記検出チャンバーが通気口を有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記通気口が前記バイオセンサーの外部層の貫通により開けることができる、請求項6に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記通気口が前記バイオセンサーの外部層の部分を除去することにより開けることができる、請求項6に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記通気口がミシン目に沿って破ることにより開けることができる、請求項6に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記反応チャンバーが大気に向けて開口部を有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 磁石を更に有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記磁石が配置され、それにより、前記反応チャンバーに前記液体サンプルが添加された後に少なくとも一つの磁気ビーズが移動し、前記プローブコンジュゲートとの緊密な接触がなされる、請求項11に記載のバイオセンサー。
- 前記プローブコンジュゲートが酵素を有する、請求項1に記載のバイオセンサー。

- 液体サンプル中の検出対象を検出する方法であり、前記方法が以下の工程、すなわち:
請求項1に記載の前記バイオセンサーにサンプルを移送する工程、
前記反応チャンバーにおいて固相化結合部位及びプローブコンジュゲートの間での反応を進行させる工程、
前記サンプルを前記検出チャンバーに移動させ、プローブコンジュゲートのレベルを電気化学的に検出する工程であり、前記サンプルでの前記検出対象の存在が前記検出チャンバーにおいて検出されたプローブコンジュゲートの量の増減として表れる工程、を有する、方法。 - 前記固相化結合部位が標的抗原を含み、前記プローブコンジュゲートが前記標的抗原と結合するよう調節された抗体を有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記プローブコンジュゲートが酵素を有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルが前記反応チャンバーから前記検出チャンバーに毛細管現象により移動する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルの前記移動の工程が、通気口を開けることを有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記検出チャンバーから受けた電気的シグナルに基づいて、前記サンプル中の標的抗原の量の定量を行う工程を更に有する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項4の前記バイオセンサーを製造する方法であり、前記方法が以下の工程、すなわち:
第1層を提供する工程、

前記第3層の第1面を前記第1層の第2面に取り付ける工程であり、前記第3層が、前記フィリングチャンバー部分、前記反応チャンバー部分及び前記検出チャンバー部分にわたって広がる工程、
密封層の第1面を前記第2層の第2面に取り付ける工程であり、それにより前記第1層、前記第2層、前記第3層及び前記密封層を含む前記の層が、複数の外部表面を有するストリップを形成する工程、

第1層及び第2層を提供する工程、

第3層を提供する工程、
