Abstract
【解決手段】供給ローラ(12)に接続され、これと共に回転ユニット(10)を構成するウォーム歯車(14)と、このウォーム歯車と係合するウォーム(20)と、このウォームを駆動するモータ(22)と、ウォームの角度位置の増分(δψ)を検出するエンコーダ(24)と、モータ用のサーボ制御装置(48)とを備え、回転ユニット(10)が基準位置(ψ0)を定めるシンクロマーク(36)を有し、シンクロマークを検出するための基準検出器(38)が設けられており、上記のサーボ制御装置(48)が、較正メモリ(50)にアクセス可能であるとともに、上記基準位置(ψ0)および上記ウォーム角度位置増分(δψ)から求められる供給ローラ(12)の角度位置に応じて、較正されたモータ制御信号(C)を出力するように適合される。

Claims (5)
- 供給ローラ(12)に接続され、これと共に回転ユニット(10)を構成するウォーム歯車(14)と、前記ウォーム歯車と係合するウォーム(20)と、前記ウォームを駆動するモータ(22)と、ウォームの角度位置の増分(δψ)を検出するエンコーダ(24)と、モータ用のサーボ制御装置(48)とを備える、プリンタ内の供給ローラ(12)用の駆動機構であって、回転ユニット(10)が基準位置(ψ0)を定めるシンクロマーク(36)を有し、シンクロマークを検出するための基準検出器(38)が設けられており、前記サーボ制御装置(48)が、較正メモリ(50)にアクセス可能であるとともに、前記基準位置(ψ0)および前記ウォーム角度位置増分(δψ)から求められる供給ローラ(12)の角度位置に応じて、較正されたモータ制御信号(C)を出力するように適合されることを特徴とする、駆動機構。
- シンクロマーク(36)がウォーム歯車(14)に設けられる、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- シンクロマーク(36)が、ウォーム歯車(14)の端面上に形成される環状突起(34)内の隙間により形成され、基準検出器(38)が突起(34)を囲む光学検出器である、請求項2に記載の駆動機構。
- エンコーダ(24)が直交エンコーダである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記サーボ制御装置(48)と、エンコーダ(24)のパルスの計数用のカウンタ(44)と、前記基準検出器(38)から検出信号を受信すると前記カウンタ(44)の計数値を記憶するよう適合されている基準位置記録器(46)と、を備える制御システムを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
