Abstract
【解決手段】 油圧アクチュエータの押圧部30は、周面の一部に開口部30bを備える。ケース15は、第1の摩擦板群と第2の摩擦板群を係合支持するべく、第2のブレーキ側の内径寸法が第1のブレーキ側より大きくなるようにケース内面に連続的に形成した第1及び第2のスプラインを備える。両スプライン間の境界部には、押圧部30当接時の開口部30bの周方向両端の補強部e1,e2の何れかとの対応位置に、バックアッププレートを支える受圧面47aが第1のスプラインのスプライン溝48に代えて形成される。

前記第2の油圧サーボ(29)のピストン部材(30)は、軸方向に延びる略ドラム状に形成されると共にその周面の一部に開口部(30b)を備え、
前記ケース(15)は、軸方向の一方側に順に挿入配置される前記第1の摩擦板群(45,43)及び該第1の摩擦板群のプレート(43)より大径のバックアッププレート(39A)を含む前記第2の摩擦板群(39,39A,40)を係合支持するべく、前記第2のブレーキ(B−2)側の内径寸法(D2)が前記第1のブレーキ(B−1)側の内径寸法(D1)より大きくなるようにケース内面に連続的に形成した第1及び第2のスプライン(48,49、48,50)を備え、
前記両スプライン間の境界部(47)には、前記ピストン部材(30)当接時の前記開口部(30b)の周方向両端(e1,e2)の少なくとも一方と対応する位置に、該ピストン部材(30)により押圧される前記第2の摩擦板群の前記バックアッププレート(39A)を支える受圧面(47a)が前記第1のスプラインのスプライン溝(48)に代えて形成されてなる、

前記ピストン部材(30)の前記開口部(30b)は、前記パーキングポール(37)を前記パーキングギヤ(35)に係脱可能に挿入するための開口部である、

前記第2のブレーキ(B−2)は、前記変速装置(5)の低速段切り換え用として構成され、かつ
前記第2の油圧サーボ(29)は、前記ピストン部材を押圧部(30)とするダブルピストン(32)を備えてなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車輌用駆動装置(10)にある。
前記第1及び第2のブレーキ(B−1,B−2)は、前記ハイブリッド用変速装置(5)の高速段切り換え用及び低速段切り換え用としてそれぞれ構成されてなる、

Claims (5)
- ケース内に、一軸状に順次配置された第1及び第2の摩擦板群をそれぞれ有する第1及び第2のブレーキと、これら第1及び第2のブレーキにそれぞれ対応するように配置された第1及び第2の油圧サーボと、を備えた車輌用駆動装置において、
前記第2の油圧サーボのピストン部材は、軸方向に延びる略ドラム状に形成されると共にその周面の一部に開口部を備え、
前記ケースは、軸方向の一方側に順に挿入配置される前記第1の摩擦板群及び該第1の摩擦板群のプレートより大径のバックアッププレートを含む前記第2の摩擦板群を係合支持するべく、前記第2のブレーキ側の内径寸法が前記第1のブレーキ側の内径寸法より大きくなるようにケース内面に連続的に形成した第1及び第2のスプラインを備え、
前記両スプライン間の境界部には、前記ピストン部材当接時の前記開口部の周方向両端の少なくとも一方と対応する位置に、該ピストン部材により押圧される前記第2の摩擦板群の前記バックアッププレートを支える受圧面が前記第1のスプラインのスプライン溝に代えて形成されてなる、
ことを特徴とする車輌用駆動装置。 - 前記ピストン部材の内方にパーキングギヤを備え、かつ該ピストン部材の外方にパーキングポールを備え、
前記ピストン部材の前記開口部は、前記パーキングポールを前記パーキングギヤに係脱可能に挿入するための開口部である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用駆動装置。 - 車輌駆動時の高速段と低速段を切り換える変速装置を前記ケース内に備え、
前記第2のブレーキは、前記変速装置の低速段切り換え用として構成され、かつ
前記第2の油圧サーボは、前記ピストン部材を押圧部とするダブルピストンを備えてなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車輌用駆動装置。 - エンジン及びモータの合成駆動力を高速側と低速側とに切り換えるハイブリッド用変速装置を前記ケース内に備え、
前記第1及び第2のブレーキは、前記ハイブリッド用変速装置の高速段切り換え用及び低速段切り換え用としてそれぞれ構成されてなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車輌用駆動装置。 - 前記バックアッププレートは、前記ケースの軸心と直交する軸線に関して線対称となるように構成されてなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の車輌用駆動装置。
