Claims (15)
- 自動車の燃焼機関の排気ガス設備用の消音器であって、排気ガス流入口と、消音器内に配置され、消音器を完全に貫通し、閉鎖及び開放するための閉鎖手段を内部に配置した第一のフロー配管と、消音器の下流に有り、第一のフロー配管と接続されている排気管と、消音器を部分的に貫通する第二のフロー配管と、消音器内に有る第一と第二のフロー配管の間のオーバーフロー経路とを有する消音器において、
第一と第二のフロー配管(8,9)は、分岐部品(30)によって、排気ガス流入口(2)と接続されていることと、閉鎖手段(13)は、消音器(1)の上流の第一のフロー配管(8)内に配置されていることとを特徴とする消音器。 - 排気ガス流入口(2)と分岐部品(30)の間には、分岐部品(30)を備えた触媒部ケース(16)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消音器。
- 触媒部ケース(16)は、分岐開口部(34,35)を備えた正面パネルを有し、この正面パネルが、分岐部品(30)を構成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の消音器。
- 触媒部ケース(16)が、消音器(1)に直に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の消音器。
- 触媒部ケース(16)の少なくとも一部が、消音器(1)の内部に有ることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の消音器。
- 少なくとも正面パネル(31)が、消音器(1)の内部に有ることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消音器。
- 第一のフロー配管(8)の少なくとも一つのバイパス部分(37)が、消音器(1)の外部に延びていることと、このバイパス部分(37)には、閉鎖手段(13)が配置されていることとを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消音器。
- 消音器(1)のケース(7)が、一つのケース部分(36)を有することと、このケース部分(36)の内部には、バイパス部分(37)が延びていることとを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の消音器。
- オーバーフロー経路(12)が、減衰機器(29)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消音器。
- 減衰機器(29)が、消音器(1)の内部に配置された第一の穿孔された間仕切り壁(18)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の消音器。
- 第二のフロー配管(9)が、消音器(1)内において、間仕切り壁(18)の第一の側(20)で合流する(合流点17)ことと、第一のフロー配管(8)が、消音器(1)の内部において、間仕切り壁(18)の第二の側(21)に有る流入口(25)を備えていることとを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の消音器。
- 消音器(1)の内部において、第二の間仕切り壁(39)が、第一の間仕切り壁(18)の上流に配置されており、この第二の間仕切り壁を、第一と第二のフロー配管(8,9)が貫通していることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の消音器。
- 第二の間仕切り壁(39)が、穿孔されており、流入口(25)の上流には、第一のフロー配管(8)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の消音器。
- 単一の排気管(3)が、消音器(1)から引き出されていることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれか一つに記載の消音器。
- 触媒器ケース(16)、二つのフロー配管(8,9)を持つ消音器(1)、排気管(3)、閉鎖手段(13)が、自動車に取り付けることが可能な前もって組み立てられた構造ユニット(45)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の消音器。
