マフラケーシング内に、燃焼排気を熱交換器ユニットを通して第1の流出管に案内するための第1の排気流路が設けられており、
マフラケーシング内に、燃焼排気を熱交換器ユニットを迂回して第2の流出管に案内するための第2の排気流路が設けられており、
流路開閉ユニットにより、第1の排気流路と第2の排気流路のうちの少なくとも1つの排気流路が選択的に開閉される。
Claims (24)
- 内燃機関の排気装置用マフラであって、
マフラケーシング(12)と、
前記マフラケーシング(12)内に配置された、伝熱媒体及び燃焼排気が通流可能な、燃焼排気から伝熱媒体に熱伝達する熱交換器ユニット(48)と、
燃焼排気を前記マフラケーシング(12)内へ導入する流入管(38)と、
燃焼排気を前記マフラケーシング(12)から導出する第1の流出管(52)と、
燃焼排気を前記マフラケーシング(12)から導出する第2の流出管(40)と、
流路開閉ユニット(58)と、
を有し、
前記マフラケーシング(12)内に、燃焼排気を前記熱交換器ユニット(48)を通して前記第1の流出管(52)に案内する第1の排気流路(54)が設けられており、
前記マフラケーシング(12)内に、燃焼排気を前記熱交換器ユニット(48)を迂回して前記第2の流出管(40)に案内する第2の排気流路(56)が設けられており、
前記流路開閉ユニット(58)により、前記第1の排気流路(54)と前記第2の排気流路(56)のうちの少なくとも1つの排気流路(54,56)が選択的に開閉されることを特徴とする、マフラ。 - 前記流路開閉ユニット(58)は、前記第1の流出管(52)に対応して配置された流路開閉機構(60)を有し、該流路開閉機構(60)は、前記第1の流出管(52)を通流のために開放する開放位置と、前記第1の流出管(52)を通流させないように実質的に遮蔽する遮蔽位置との間で変位可能である、請求項1記載のマフラ。

- 前記流入管(38)、又は前記流入管(38)に接続された管、又は前記流入管(38)に続く管は、そこから分岐する分岐管(46)を介して、前記第1の室(20)に対して開口している、請求項6又は請求項6を引用する請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載のマフラ。
- 前記第2の流出管(40)、又は前記第2の流出管(40)に接続された管、又は前記第2の流出管(40)に続く管は、開口ユニット(44)を介して前記第3の室(24)に対して開放されている、請求項12及び14記載のマフラ。
- 前記流路開閉ユニット(58)は、前記第1の流出管(52)に対応して配置された流路開閉機構(60)を有している、請求項14又は15記載のマフラ。
- 前記流入管(38)、又は前記流入管(38)に接続された管、又は前記流入管(38)に続く管は、前記第1の室(20)に対して開口ユニット(44)を介して開放されている、請求項6又は請求項6を引用する請求項7から13までのいずれか1項記載のマフラ。
- 前記第2の流出管(40)、又は前記第2の流出管(40)に接続された管、又は前記第2の流出管(40)に続く管は、そこから分岐する分岐管(46)を介して前記第3の室(24)に対して開口している、請求項12及び17記載のマフラ。
- 前記流路開閉ユニット(58)は、前記第2の流出管(40)に対応して配置された流路開閉機構(60)を有している、請求項17又は18記載のマフラ。
- 前記第1の室(20)及び前記第2の室(22)は、マフラケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向に連続して配置されている、請求項6及び7、又は請求項6及び7を引用する請求項8から19までのいずれか1項記載のマフラ。
- 前記第2の室(22)は、前記マフラケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向において、前記第1の室(20)と前記第3の室(24)との間に配置されている、請求項12及び請求項20記載のマフラ。
- 前記第2の室(22)と前記第4の室(26)とは、マフラケーシング長手方向軸線(L)の方向において、少なくとも部分的に相並んで配置されている、請求項7及び13、又は請求項7及び13を引用する請求項14から21までのいずれか1項記載のマフラ。
- 請求項1から22までのいずれか1項記載のマフラ(10)を有する、車両用の排気装置。
- 請求項1から22までのいずれか1項記載のマフラ(10)は、少なくとも1つの別のマフラの上流側に配置されている、請求項23記載の排気装置。
