Claims (2)
- 排ガスとともに排出される熱を回収する排気熱回収器であって、
排ガスを流す排ガス流路と、
冷却水を流す冷却水流路と、
前記排ガス流路内に配置された熱交換器と、
前記冷却水流路内の一部の冷却水を、前記冷却水流路に設けられた分岐部から前記熱交換器へと流す分配流路と、
前記熱交換器において排ガスと熱交換した前記一部の冷却水を、前記分岐部よりも下流側の前記冷却水流路に設けられた合流部から前記冷却水流路内へと戻し、前記分配流路に流入することなく前記合流部に流れてくる他部の冷却水と合流させる帰還流路と、
前記冷却水流路内から分配し前記分配流路を介して前記熱交換器へと流す冷却水の流量を調整する分配流量調整器と、を備え、
前記分配流量調整器は、前記分配流路に連通する前記分岐部と前記帰還流路に連通する前記合流部との間を繋いで前記他部の冷却水を流す前記冷却水流路内に配置され、前記他部の冷却水の温度が高い場合は、温度が低い場合に比べて前記熱交換器へと流す冷却水の流量を小さくするように構成されていることを特徴とする排気熱回収器。 - 前記分配流量調整器は、前記他部の冷却水の温度が高い場合は、温度が低い場合に比べて前記冷却水流路の通水断面積を大きくするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気熱回収器。
