Abstract
【解決手段】特に自動車用の消音装置に関し、夫々貝殻のように形成された第一および第二のハウジング部2、3を有する二部構成のハウジング4を備え、上記ハウジング4内には、排出口5および導入口6が設けられ、上記排出口5および上記導入口6に夫々挿入された、排出底部12および導入底部13を備え、上記排出底部12および上記導入底部13は、夫々、上記排出口5および上記導入口6内に挿入可能な蓋として形成されている。

Claims (11)
- 特に自動車用の消音装置(1)であって、
夫々貝殻のように形成された第一および第二のハウジング部(2、3)を有する二部構成のハウジング(4)を備え、
前記ハウジング(4)内には、排出口(5)および導入口(6)が設けられ、
前記排出口(5)および前記導入口(6)に夫々挿入された、排出底部(12)および導入底部(13)を備え、
前記排出底部(12)および前記導入底部(13)は、夫々、前記排出口(5)および前記導入口(6)内に挿入可能な蓋として形成されていることを特徴とする消音装置(1)。 - 前記排出口(5)および前記導入口(6)は、夫々、外周に沿って伸びた排出カラー(22)および導入カラーを有するとともに、前記排出カラー(22)および前記導入カラーは、夫々、前記ハウジング(4)から外方に突出し、
前記排出底部(12)および前記導入底部(13)は、夫々、前記排出カラー(22)および前記導入カラーに対して相補的な、排出底部カラー(23)および導入底部カラーを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の消音装置(1)。 - 前記消音装置の組み立て状態において、前記排出底部カラー(23)の外周部(24)は、前記排出カラー(22)の内周部(25)に、少なくとも部分的に隣接し、
前記導入底部カラーの外周部は、前記導入カラーの内周部に、少なくとも部分的に隣接していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の消音装置(1)。 - 組み立て状態において、
前記排出底部カラー(23)の前記外周部(24)は、前記排出カラー(22)の前記内周部(25)、または/および、前記排出カラー(22)の端部に熔接されており、かつ、
前記導入底部カラーの前記外周部は、前記導入カラーの前記内周部、または/および、前記導入カラーの端部に熔接されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の消音装置(1)。 - 前記排出底部(12)は、少なくとも一つの排出パイプ(16、17)を受け入れるための、少なくとも一つの貫通孔(14、15)を有し、または/および、
前記導入底部(13)は、少なくとも一つの導入パイプ(19)を受け入れるための、少なくとも一つの貫通孔(20)を有していることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)。 - 前記排出底部(12)の少なくとも一つの貫通孔(14、15)内に、少なくとも一つの排出パイプ(16、17)が、特に熔接によって取り付けられ、または/および、
前記導入底部(13)の少なくとも一つの貫通孔(20)内に、少なくとも一つの導入パイプが、特に熔接によって取り付けられていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)。 - 前記排出口(5)は、前記第一および第二のハウジング部(2、3)の両方に、夫々、部分的に設けられており、
前記導入口(6)は、前記第一および第二のハウジング部(2、3)の両方に、夫々、部分的に設けられていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)。 - 前記第一、または/および、前記第二のハウジング部(2、3)は、オーステナイト材、または/および、フェライト材で製造されていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)。
- 前記第一、または/および、前記第二のハウジング部(2、3)の壁厚は、0.8mmと3.0mmの間であり、1.0mmが好ましいことを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)。
- 組み立て状態において、少なくとも200Hz、好ましくは、少なくとも300Hzの第一の固有周波数を有するように、前記消音装置(1)は設計されていることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の消音装置(1)と、
前記消音装置(1)に流体的に接続され、排ガスを、前記消音装置(1)内に供給する供給ラインと、
前記消音装置(1)に流体的に接続され、排ガスを、前記消音装置(1)から排出する排出ラインとを備えた自動車用の排ガスシステム。
