Abstract
【解決手段】 それぞれアクチュエータにより駆動されるクラッチ及び変速機を備えた自動二輪車の変速制御装置であって、発進制御によってクラッチの接続途中に変速機に対する変速指令が生じたか否かを判断する。そして、クラッチの接続途中にシフトアップ指令が生じたと判断される場合、自動二輪車の状態に応じて、1)変速制御プログラム200Uによりクラッチを一旦切断させてシフトアップ指令に応じた変速動作を変速機に行わせ、発進制御プログラム204により再度クラッチを接続するか(矢印212、216及び214)、2)変速制御プログラム206Uによってクラッチを一旦切断させてシフトアップ指令に応じた変速動作を変速機に行わせ、前記所定の発進制御とは異なる制御によってクラッチを再度接続させるか(矢印240)、のいずれかの制御を行う。

Claims (6)
- それぞれアクチュエータにより駆動されるクラッチ及び変速機を備えた鞍乗型車両の変速制御装置であって、
前記クラッチが切断されるとともに前記変速機がギアインされた停車中の前記鞍乗型車両を第1の制御によって前記クラッチを接続することにより発進させる発進制御手段と、
前記発進制御手段による前記クラッチの接続途中に前記変速機に対する変速指令が生じたか否かを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段により前記クラッチの接続途中に前記変速指令が生じたと判断される場合、前記クラッチを一旦切断するとともに、前記変速指令に応じて前記変速機に変速動作を行わせた後、前記第1の制御又は前記第1の制御とは異なる第2の制御のうち、前記鞍乗型車両の状態に応じた一方によって前記クラッチを再度接続する発進中変速制御手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記発進中変速制御手段は、前記第1の制御又は前記第2の制御のうち、前記クラッチの駆動側部材と被駆動側部材との回転数差に応じた一方によって前記クラッチを再度接続する、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の変速制御装置において、
前記第1の制御は、前記鞍乗型車両に搭載されたエンジンの回転数と前記クラッチのクラッチ位置とを関連づけてなるテーブルに従って、前記クラッチのクラッチ位置を前記エンジンの回転数に応じて設定する制御である、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の変速制御装置において、
前記第2の制御は、前記クラッチの駆動側部材と被駆動側部材の回転数差と前記クラッチのクラッチ位置を変更する速度とを関連づけてなるテーブルに従って、前記クラッチのクラッチ位置を前記クラッチの駆動側部材と被駆動側部材の回転数差に応じた速度にて変更する制御である、
ことを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の変速制御装置を備えた鞍乗型車両。
- それぞれアクチュエータにより駆動されるクラッチ及び変速機を備えた鞍乗型車両の制御方法であって、
前記クラッチが切断されるとともに前記変速機がギアインされた停車中の前記鞍乗型車両を第1の制御によって前記クラッチを接続することにより発進させる発進制御ステップと、
前記発進制御ステップでの前記クラッチの接続途中に前記変速機に対する変速指令が生じたか否かを判断する判断ステップと、
前記判断ステップで前記クラッチの接続途中に前記変速指令が生じたと判断される場合、前記クラッチを一旦切断するとともに、前記変速指令に応じて前記変速機に変速動作を行わせた後、前記第1の制御又は前記第1の制御とは異なる第2の制御のうち、前記鞍乗型車両の状態に応じた一方によって前記クラッチを再度接続する発進中変速制御ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする制御方法。
