Abstract
【解決手段】 内面溝12,12間に、所定高さの内面フィン14が形成されてなる銅又は銅合金製の伝熱管10において、管外径をD[mm]、前記溝の形成部位における管壁厚となる底肉厚をt[mm]、前記溝の溝深さをd[mm]、管軸に対して垂直な断面における溝1個あたりの断面積をA[mm2 ]としたときに、t/Dが0.041以上0.146以下であり、且つd2 /Aが0.75以上1.5以下であると共に、Nを前記溝の溝条数、Diを前記溝の溝底をつないで形成される管内径に相当する最大内径としたときに、N/Diが8以上24以下となるように構成した。

Claims (1)
- 高圧冷媒を用いるクロスフィンチューブ式熱交換器を構成する伝熱管にして、管内面に多数の溝が管周方向に又は管軸に対して所定のリード角をもって延びるように形成されていると共に、それら溝間には、所定高さの内面フィンが形成されてなる銅又は銅合金製の内面溝付伝熱管において、
管外径をD[mm]、前記溝の形成部位における管壁厚となる底肉厚をt[mm]、前記溝の溝深さをd[mm]、管軸に対して垂直な断面における溝1個あたりの断面積をA[mm2 ]としたときに、t/Dが0.041以上0.146以下であり、且つd2 /Aが0.75以上1.5以下であると共に、Nを前記溝の溝条数、Diを前記溝の溝底をつないで形成される管内径に相当する最大内径としたときに、N/Diが8以上24以下となるように構成したことを特徴とする高圧冷媒用内面溝付伝熱管。
