Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器1は、外管2、外管2内に間隔をおいて設けられた内管3、および内管3の外周面に設けられたフィン4よりなる熱交換部10と、熱交換部10の内外両管2,3の両端部に固定されたコネクタ5とを備えている。熱交換部10の外管2と内管3との間の間隙が第1の流体通路7となり、内管3内が第2の流体通路8となっている。熱交換部10は直線部分を有しており、熱交換部10の直線部分において、外管2の少なくとも1箇所を全周にわたって縮管し、内管3を、外管2の縮管部2Aによりフィン4を介して固定する。熱交換部10が200mm以上の直線部分を有しており、外管2の縮管部2Aを、最大で200mm毎に1つ形成する。

熱交換部が直線部分を有しており、熱交換部の直線部分において、外管の少なくとも1箇所が全周にわたって縮管されており、内管が、外管の縮管部によりフィンを介して固定されている熱交換器。

Claims (6)
- 外管、外管内に間隔をおいて設けられた内管、および外管と内管との間に設けられたフィンよりなる熱交換部と、熱交換部の内外両管の両端部に固定されたコネクタとを備えており、熱交換部の外管と内管との間の間隙が第1の流体通路となっているとともに内管内が第2の流体通路となっている熱交換器であって、
熱交換部が直線部分を有しており、熱交換部の直線部分において、外管の少なくとも1箇所が全周にわたって縮管されており、内管が、外管の縮管部によりフィンを介して固定されている熱交換器。 - 熱交換部が200mm以上の直線部分を有しており、外管の縮管部が、最大で200mm毎に1つ形成されている請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- フィンが、内管の外周面に周方向に間隔をおき、かつ内管の長さ方向に伸びるように一体に形成されている請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換部が少なくとも1つの曲げ部分を有している請求項1〜3のうちのいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換部が複数の曲げ部分を有しており、内外両管の軸線を含む1つの平面内において曲げられた曲げ部分と、内外両管の軸線を含みかつ上記平面と交わる他の1つの平面内において曲げられた曲げ部分とが混在し、熱交換部の曲げ部分を除いた直線部分において、外管に縮管部が形成されている請求項1〜4のうちのいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 縮管部が、ロールを用いた内側ビーディング加工法により形成されている請求項1〜5のうちのいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
