Abstract

Claims (8)
- 殊に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための電磁式に操作可能な弁であって、磁石コイルによって取り囲まれたコアと、定置の弁座と協働する弁閉鎖体を操作する可動子と、前記コアの下流に配置された管状の閉鎖部とを有しており、該閉鎖部が前記可動子を半径方向で部分的に取り囲んでいる形式のものにおいて、
コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが別個の構成部分であって、コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが、磁気的な絞り箇所(13)を介して直接磁石を通すように互いに接続されており、絞り箇所(13)が、コア(2)から突き出す、薄い壁厚の円筒形領域としてコア(2)に直接一体的に構成されており、コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが絞り箇所(13)の外側で互いに堅固に結合されていて、それによって弁の内側の金属製の管体を形成していることを特徴とする、電磁石式に操作可能な弁。 - 殊に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための電磁式に操作可能な弁であって、磁石コイルによって取り囲まれたコアと、定置の弁座と協働する弁閉鎖体を操作する可動子と、前記コアの下流に配置された管状の閉鎖部とを有しており、該閉鎖部が前記可動子を半径方向で部分的に取り囲んでいる形式のものにおいて、
コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが別個の構成部分であって、コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが、磁気的な絞り箇所(13)を介して直接磁石を通すように互いに接続されており、絞り箇所(13)が、閉鎖部(10)から突き出す、薄い壁厚の円筒形領域として閉鎖部(10)に直接一体的に構成されており、コア(2)と閉鎖部(10)とが絞り箇所(13)の外側で互いに堅固に結合されていて、それによって弁の内側の金属製の管体を形成していることを特徴とする、電磁石式に操作可能な弁。 - 絞り箇所(13)の壁厚が、コア(2)及び閉鎖部(10)の壁厚よりも小さい、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 絞り箇所(13)を備えた閉鎖部(10)のための材料として、ニッケル・鉄・合金が使用されている、請求項2記載の弁。
- 絞り箇所(13)の壁厚が、使用された材料に基づいて0.2〜0.5mmの間である、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 磁気的な絞り箇所(13)が可動子(17)の軸方向の延長領域内に形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 可動子(17)が、可動子(17)を軸方向でガイドするためのガイド面(36)を有しており、少なくとも1つのガイド面(36)が、絞り箇所(13)の軸方向の延長領域内に位置していて、これによって絞り箇所(13)によって完全に半径方向で取り囲まれている、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 絞り箇所(13)が、可動子(17)を軸方向でガイドするための少なくとも1つのガイド面(3)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
