Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の燃料噴射弁、すなわち特に内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料噴射弁であって、弁長手方向軸線と、励起可能なアクチュエータと、運動可能な操作部分とが設けられており、該操作部分が、固定の弁座と協働する弁閉鎖体を有していて、前記弁座が、弁座体に加工成形されており、さらに弁座支持体が設けられていて、該弁座支持体内に前記弁座体が導入されている形式のものに関する。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を有する本発明による燃料噴射弁、すなわち弁座体の外周面が、弁座支持体との固い結合を形成するために、鋸歯に似た構造体を有していることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁には、次のような利点がある。すなわち、弁、特に弁座体の単純化された廉価な製造および自動的な組立が実現可能となる。なぜならば、熱ゆがみの欠点を有する溶接のような材料接続式の接合方法および手間のかかる形状接続式の結合技術を不要にすることができるからである。それどころか、金属製の構成部分パートナと、非金属製の構成部分パートナとの間に、簡単にかつ極めて確実に、かつ信頼性良く形成可能である特に有利なプレス結合部を使用することができる。本発明による配置は公知の解決手段と比較して、固体伝搬音の低減、ひいては騒音発生の低減という利点を有している。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。図1は、公知先行技術による公知の構造の燃料噴射弁を示す概略図であり、図2は、本発明による燃料噴射弁の実施例を示す図であり、図3は、本発明による構造の弁座体を示す図であり、図4は、図3に図示の弁座体を上から見た平面図である。
図1には、本発明をより分かり易くするために、公知従来技術による燃料噴射弁が図示されている。図1に例示的に図示された電磁作動式の弁は、混合気圧縮型の火花点火式内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる燃料噴射弁として形成されている。この燃料噴射弁は電磁コイル1により取り囲まれた、燃料流入管片および内側磁極として働くコア2を有している。このコア2は、たとえば、管状に形成されていて、その全長にわたって一定の外径を有している。電磁コイル1の巻成体は、半径方向で段付けされたコイル枠体3によって収容されている。このコイル枠体3は、コア2と相まって電磁コイル1の範囲における噴射弁のコンパクトな構造を可能にする。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置に用いられる燃料噴射弁であって、弁長手方向軸線(10)と、励起可能なアクチュエータ(1,2,13,14,27)と、運動可能な操作部分(19)とが設けられており、該操作部分(19)が、固定の弁座(30)と協働する弁閉鎖体(21)を有していて、前記弁座(30)が弁座体(29)に加工成形されており、さらに弁座支持体(16)が設けられていて、該弁座支持体(16)内に前記弁座体(29)が導入されている形式のものにおいて、弁座体(29)の外周面が、弁座支持体(16)との固い結合を形成するために鋸歯に似た構造体(63f)を有しており、弁座体(29)が、圧入によって弁座支持体(16)内へ導入可能であり、弁座体(29)が、セラミック材料から成っていて、弁座支持体(16)が、プラスチックから製作されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 鋸歯に似た構造体(63f)の歯形状が、直接に尖鋭に先細りになっているか(Za)、斜めまたは直角に屈曲部を持って先細りになっているか(Zb)、または湾曲させられて先細りになっているか(Zc)、またはこれらの組合せの形で形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁座体(29)内に、弁閉鎖体(21)のための案内開口(32)が設けられており、該案内開口(32)が、流れ溝(33)として形成された少なくとも1つの中断部を有している、請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁閉鎖体(21)が、金属製の材料またはセラミック材料から成っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 結合管(23)が、弁ニードル(19)の一部として、プラスチックから成る個別コンポーネントを成していて、結合管(23)が、アーマチュア(27)を弁閉鎖体(21)に結合している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- アーマチュア(27)に、鋸歯に似た構造体(63a)が設けられており、該構造体(63a)が結合管(23)との固い結合を形成するために該結合管(23)内に圧入されている、請求項5記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 弁閉鎖体(21)が、弁ニードル(19)の結合管(23)に付加手段なしに保持されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
