Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係る画素は、発光素子と、発光素子に駆動電流を供給する駆動トランジスターと、データ信号を駆動トランジスターに選択的に伝達する第1スイッチングトランジスターと、初期化信号を選択的に伝達する第2スイッチングトランジスターと、伝達された初期化信号を選択的に伝達し、駆動トランジスターをダイオード連結させる第3スイッチングトランジスターと、第3スイッチングトランジスターから初期化信号の伝達を受けて初期化信号に対応する第1電圧を保存した後、駆動トランジスターのゲート電極からデータ信号の伝達を受けてデータ信号に対応する第2電圧を保存するストレージキャパシターと、選択的に画素電源を駆動トランジスターに伝達して駆動電流を発光素子に流れるようにする遮断部と、を含む。

Claims (11)
- 発光素子と、
前記発光素子に駆動電流を供給する駆動トランジスターと、
データ信号を前記駆動トランジスターに選択的に伝達する第1スイッチングトランジスターと、
初期化信号を選択的に伝達する第2スイッチングトランジスターと、
伝達された前記初期化信号を選択的に伝達し、前記駆動トランジスターをダイオード連結させる第3スイッチングトランジスターと、
前記第3スイッチングトランジスターから前記初期化信号の伝達を受けて前記初期化信号に対応する第1電圧を保存した後、前記駆動トランジスターのゲート電極から前記データ信号の伝達を受けて前記データ信号に対応する第2電圧を保存するストレージキャパシターと、
選択的に画素電源を前記駆動トランジスターに伝達して前記駆動電流を前記発光素子に流れるようにする遮断部と、
を含むことを特徴とする画素。 - 前記第1スイッチングトランジスターは第1走査信号により動作し、前記第2スイッチングトランジスターは第2走査信号により動作し、前記第3スイッチングトランジスターは第3走査信号により動作すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。 - 前記遮断部は、前記画素電源を選択的に遮断する第4スイッチングトランジスターと、
前記駆動電流を選択的に遮断する第5スイッチングトランジスターと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。 - 前記第2電圧は、前記画素電源電圧から前記データ信号電圧と前記駆動トランジスターの閾値電圧の合計を減算した大きさを有すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。 - 前記第2スイッチングトランジスターと前記第3スイッチングトランジスターのうち、少なくとも一つは、デュアルゲート構造を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。 - 前記初期化信号の電圧は、前記データ信号がブラック階調信号である場合の前記駆動トランジスターのドレイン電極の電圧を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の画素。 - ソース電極とドレイン電極はデータ線と第1ノードに連結され、ゲート電極は第2走査線に連結される第1スイッチングトランジスターと、
ソース電極とドレイン電極は第2電源と第4ノードに連結され、ゲート電極は第1走査線に連結される第2スイッチングトランジスターと、
ソース電極とドレイン電極は前記第4ノードと第2ノードに連結され、ゲート電極は第3走査線に連結される第3スイッチングトランジスターと、
ソース電極とドレイン電極は第1電源と前記第1ノードに連結され、ゲート電極は発光制御線に連結される第4スイッチングトランジスターと、
ソース電極とドレイン電極は第3ノードと発光素子に連結され、ゲート電極は前記発光制御線に連結される第5スイッチングトランジスターと、
第1電極は前記第1電源に連結され、第2電極は前記第2ノードに連結されるキャパシターと、
ソース電極とドレイン電極は第1ノードと第3ノードに連結され、ゲート電極は第2ノードに連結される駆動トランジスターと、
を含むことを特徴とする画素。 - 前記第2電源の電圧は、データ信号がブラック階調信号である場合の前記第3ノードの電圧を有すること
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の画素。 - 前記第2スイッチングトランジスターと前記第3スイッチングトランジスターのうち、少なくとも一つは、デュアルゲート構造を有すること
を特徴とする請求項7に記載の画素。 - 第1走査線と、第2走査線と、第3走査線と、を含む走査線と、
発光制御線と、
データ信号を伝達するデータ線と
前記走査線、前記発光制御線、及び前記データ線に連結される複数の画素と、を含み、
前記画素は、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項記載によること
を特徴とする発光表示装置。 - 前記第1から第3走査線と連結されて走査信号を伝達する走査駆動部と、
前記データ信号を伝達するデータ駆動部をさらに含むこと
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の発光表示装置。
