Abstract
【解決手段】有機発光ダイオードと第1電極に接続され,供給電流量を制御する第1トランジスタ(TR)と、前記第1電源と前記第1TRのゲート電極と第2キャパシタ(C)の第1電極が接続される第1Cと、前記第2Cの第2電極とデータ線間に備られ、ゲート(G)電極が第1走査線に連結される第2TRと、前記第1TRゲート電極と第2電極間に備えられ、G電極が第2走査線に連結される第3TRと、前記第2Cの第2電極と基準電源間に備えられ、G電極が第2走査線に連結される第4TRと、前記第1TRのG電極と初期電源間に備えられ、G電極が第3走査線に連結される第5TRと、前記第1TRの第2電極と前記有機発光ダイオードのアノード電極間に備えられ、G電極が発光制御線に連結される第6TRと、を含む。

Claims (13)
- 有機発光ダイオードと、
第1電極に接続された第1電源から前記有機発光ダイオードに供給される電流量を制御する第1トランジスタと、
前記第1電源と前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極である第1ノードとの間に接続される第1キャパシタと、
前記第1ノードに第1電極が接続される第2キャパシタと、
前記第2キャパシタの第2電極である第2ノードとデータ線との間に備られ、ゲート電極が第1走査線に連結される第2トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極と第2電極との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第2走査線に連結される第3トランジスタと、
前記第2キャパシタの第2電極と基準電源との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第2走査線に連結される第4トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極と初期電源との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第3走査線に連結される第5トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタの第2電極と前記有機発光ダイオードのアノード電極との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が発光制御線に連結される第6トランジスタと、を含むことを特徴とする画素。 - 前記第2トランジスタ及び第6トランジスタは、それぞれ一対のトランジスタが直列連結された形態に具現されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画素。
- 前記第2及び第6トランジスタを構成する一対のトランジスタの間のノードが互いに電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の画素。
- 前記第1乃至第3走査線に印加される走査信号は、互いに重畳されないように順次印加されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画素。
- 前記第1乃至第3走査線に印加される走査信号は1水平期間(1H)以上の期間中印加されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の画素。
- 前記基準電源は、固定された電圧値を持つDC電圧で印加されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画素。
- 前記初期電源は、前記第1電源より低い電圧に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画素。
- 前記基準電源と初期電源は同一の電圧値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の画素。
- 第1乃至第3走査線にそれぞれ第1乃至第3走査信号を供給し、発光制御線に発光制御信号を供給する走査駆動部と、
データ線にデータ信号を供給するデータ駆動部と、
前記第1乃至第3走査線、発光制御線及びデータ線とそれぞれ接続される画素が備えられた画素部が含まれ、
前記それぞれの画素は、有機発光ダイオードと、
第1電極に接続された第1電源から前記有機発光ダイオードに供給される電流量を制御する第1トランジスタと、
前記第1電源と前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極である第1ノードとの間に接続される第1キャパシタと、
前記第1ノードに第1電極が接続される第2キャパシタと、
前記第2キャパシタの第2電極である第2ノードとデータ線との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第1走査線に連結される第2トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極と第2電極との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第2走査線に連結される第3トランジスタと、
前記第2キャパシタの第2電極と基準電源との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第2走査線に連結される第4トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極と初期電源との間に備えられて、ゲート電極が第3走査線に連結される第5トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタの第2電極と前記有機発光ダイオードのアノード電極との間に備えられ、ゲート電極が発光制御線に連結される第6トランジスタとが含まれることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第2トランジスタ及び第6トランジスタは、それぞれ一対のトランジスタが直列接続された形態で具現されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第2及び第6トランジスタを構成する一対のトランジスタの間のノードが互いに電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1乃至第3走査線に印加される走査信号は、互いに重畳されないように順次印加されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1乃至第3走査線に印加される走査信号は、1水平期間1H以上の期間中印加されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
