Abstract
【解決手段】 連結装置5は、フランジ6と軸部7とから成り且つ軸部には側方に弾性的に張出す第1弾性係止片9が形成されているクリップ1と、フランジ6との間に第1取付部材を保持する保持板2とを包含し、第1弾性係止片9は、第2取付部材の挿通穴に軸部7が挿入されると、第2取付部材(23)を保持板2とともに軸部7に保持し、保持板には、第1弾性係止片9に係合する第2弾性係止片15が内側に延びるように形成され、第2弾性係止片15が第1弾性係止片9に係合して保持板2が軸部7に係止し、保持板2は軸部7に係止した状態において保持板にフランジ6から離す方向の外力が加わると第1弾性係止片9に係合した第2弾性係止片15が第1弾性係止片9を軸部の内側に撓めて第2取付部材の挿通穴縁部との係合を取外す。

Claims (7)
- 第1の取付部材を第2の取付部材に連結する連結装置であって、
フランジと軸部とから成り、軸部には側方に弾性的に張出す第1の弾性係止片が形成されているクリップと、
前記クリップの軸部が挿通する穴が形成されて前記フランジとの間に前記第1取付部材を保持する保持板とを包含し、
前記第1弾性係止片は、前記第2取付部材の挿通穴に前記軸部が挿入されると該第2取付部材の挿通穴の縁部に係合して、該第2取付部材を前記保持板とともに該軸部に保持する構成であり、
前記保持板には、前記第1弾性係止片に係合する第2の弾性係止片が前記穴縁部から内側に延びるように形成され、該第2弾性係止片が第1弾性係止片に係合することによって保持板が前記軸部に係止しており、
前記保持板は、前記軸部に係止した状態において該保持板に前記フランジから離す方向の外力が加わると前記第1弾性係止片に係合した前記第2弾性係止片が該第1弾性係止片を前記軸部の内側に撓めて前記第2取付部材の挿通穴縁部との係合を取外す構成である
ことを特徴とする連結装置。 - 請求項1に記載の連結装置において、前記第1弾性係止片は前記軸部に一対形成されており、前記第2弾性係止片は、前記第1弾性係止片に対応して一対形成されており、各第1弾性係止片の先端には、対応する第2弾性係止片の先端が係合して受入れられる、窪み又は段部等の形状の係合受入部が形成されていることを特徴とする連結装置。
- 請求項2に記載の連結装置において、前記第2弾性係止片は、前記保持板と前記フランジとが所定の間隔以内にあるとき前記第1弾性係止片を軸部の内側に撓めない姿勢で前記保持板から延びていることを特徴とする連結装置。
- 請求項3に記載の連結装置において、前記保持板は、前記フランジとの間隔を前記所定の間隔より大きくする前記外力が加わると前記第2弾性係止片先端が係合している前記第1弾性係止片の係合受入部を軸部内側に押圧するように該第2弾性係止片を軸部の軸線に直交する方向に倒す構成であることを特徴とする連結装置。
- 請求項4に記載の連結装置において、前記保持板には、外縁部に、前記第2弾性係止片を該保持板と前記フランジとが所定の間隔以内にあるとき前記第1弾性係止片を軸部の内側に撓めない姿勢に維持するための第3の弾性係止片が形成されていることを特徴とする連結装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の連結装置において、前記クリップのフランジ及び軸部には貫通穴が形成されており、更に、ピンフランジとピン軸部とから成り且つ前記クリップの貫通穴に挿入されるピンを包含し、該ピンの貫通穴への挿入によって前記第1弾性係止片の軸部内側への撓みを阻止することを特徴とする連結装置。
- 請求項6に記載の連結装置において、前記ピンは、前記クリップへの挿入後該クリップからの取外しが可能な構成であることを特徴とする連結装置。
