Abstract
本発明は、以下の方法段階を含む、高多孔質の金属製成形体の製造方法に関する:
−原料として使用される金属粉末をプレイスホルダーと混合する、
−この混合物からグリーンボディーをプレス成形する、
−このグリーンボディーを慣用の機械加工に付す、
−プレイスホルダー材料を空気雰囲気でまたは減圧下にまたは保護ガス雰囲気でグリーン ボディーから熱的に除去し、
−そのグリーンボディーを焼結して成形体とする。
Description
以下において本発明の対象を図面および実施例によって更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
図1:多軸プレス成形によっておよび冷間水圧プレス成形によって製造される半製品の可 能な実施態様を示している。
図2:ステンレス鋼1.4404(316L)から本発明の方法に従って製造された色々 な金属製形状物を示している。
図3:プレイスホルダー材料(すなわちダミー材料)によって製造されたマクロポロシテ ィー、および焼結段階で生じたミクロポロシテーを示している。
1.最初に半製品をドイツ特許出願公開第19638927号明細書に記載の通り製造す る。この目的のために金属粉末、特にステンレス鋼1.4404(316L)またはチ タンのそれをプレイスホルダー、特に重炭酸アンモニウムと混合しそして一軸プレス成 形または冷間静圧プレス成形する。プレス被加工品次第で後続加工のために半製品、例 えば円筒状物または板状物を適当な金型内で製造する。図1は多軸プレス成形または冷 間静圧プレス成形によって製造された半製品の可能な実施形態を示している。
2.未焼結の半製品のグリーン加工は慣用の機械加工(鋸引き、穿孔、旋盤加工、ミーリ ング、研磨加工・・・)によって行なう。プレイスホルダーは有利には半製品のグリー ン強度を増強し、それ故に加工性に有利に作用する。機械加工の他の長所は切削力が低 くてもよく、それ故に工具磨耗が少ないことである。孔の塗り潰しも避けられる。
3.プレイスホルダーまたはダミーの除去および焼結は通例の通り、セラミックの平らな 焼結面上でまたはセラミック製ボールの床において実施できる。プレイスホルダー(ダ ミー物質)を除去するためのパラメータはドイツ特許第19638927号明細書(C 2)に記載されるものである。
Claims (7)
- 以下の方法段階を含む、高多孔質の金属製成形体の製造方法:
−原料として使用される金属粉末をプレイスホルダーと混合する、
−この混合物からグリーンボディーをプレス成形する、
−このグリーンボディーを慣用の機械加工に付す、
−プレイスホルダー材料を空気雰囲気でまたは減圧下にまたは保護ガス雰囲気でグリーン ボディーから熱的に除去し、
−そのグリーンボディーを焼結して成形体とする。 - プレイスホルダーとしてカルバミド、ビュレット、メラミン、メラミン樹脂、炭酸アンモニウムまたは重炭酸アンモニウムを使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プレイスホルダーを300℃以下、好ましくは105℃以下、特に好ましくは70℃以下の温度で除く、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステンレス鋼1.4404(316L)またはチタンを金属原料粉末として使用する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 成形体をグリーンボディー状態で鋸引き、穿孔、旋盤、ミーリングまたは研磨によって最終輪郭状態で製造する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 焼結をセラミック製ボールの床において実施する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 成形体を焼結後に研磨または研磨平滑化する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
