Claims (15)
- 中実のインプラント芯体と多孔質コーティングを備えるインプラントの製造方法であって、
a.中実のインプラント芯体を提供する工程、
b.外側の多孔質コーティングと内側の中実の領域を有する鞘体を製造する工程であって、
−前記外側の多孔質コーティングを得るために、金属粉末と造孔剤の粉末混合物をコールドアイソスタティックプレスで、中実で円形の金属(Rundmetall)上に塗布し、
−そのとき得られるまだ焼結されていない物体をニアネットシェイプ加工し、
−前記造孔剤を除去し、前記物体全体を焼結し、
−内側の非多孔質領域が残るように、前記円形材料を少なくとも部分的に中ぐりする、工程、
c.前記中実のインプラント芯体と、前記外側の多孔質コーティングおよび前記内側の中実の領域を有する前記鞘体を互いに適合するように結合させる工程、
を含む方法。 - 前記インプラント芯体がチタン又はチタン合金を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 造孔剤として(NH4)HCO3が使用される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 平均粒度75μm未満、特に45μm未満の金属粉末が使用される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属粉末としてチタン又はチタン合金が使用される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 円形材料としてチタン又はチタン合金が使用される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 歯科用インプラントを製造するための、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 中実のインプラント芯体と鞘体との結合が、前記芯体を前記鞘体に圧入することによって実施される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 中実のインプラント芯体と鞘体との結合が、
a.前記インプラント芯体を冷却する工程、
b.前記鞘体を加熱する工程、
c.前記冷却されたインプラント芯体を前記高温の鞘体に挿入する工程、
によって実施される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 中実のインプラント芯体と鞘体との結合が、
a.スクリューのための雌ねじを有する中実のインプラント芯体を、前記貫穿された鞘体の一方側から嵌め込む工程、
b.前記鞘体の他方側からスクリューを嵌め込み、前記インプラント芯体を前記鞘体に対して締め付ける工程、
によって実施される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 多孔質コーティングを有するインプラントであって、
中実の材料からなる中実のインプラント芯体(5、5a)とその周囲に配置される鞘体を備え、前記鞘体が、内側の非多孔質領域(1)の他に外側の多孔質領域(2)を有する、インプラント。 - 前記インプラント芯体の中実の材料としてチタン又はチタン合金を有する、請求項10に記載のインプラント。
- 前記鞘体の内側の非多孔質領域および外側の多孔質領域の材料としてチタンを有する、請求項10又は11に記載のインプラント。
- 前記鞘体の外側の多孔質領域が、60〜80体積%の所定の気孔率と100〜2000μmの平均気孔径を有する、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記内側の非多孔質領域の厚さが少なくとも2mm、特に少なくとも3mmであるインプラント。
