Claims (43)
- 赤外反射層、高吸収主層および中間層を含む低放射率コーティングを備えた窓板であって、前記赤外反射層が、赤外線反射性の高い物質を含み、前記高吸収主層が、日射吸収性の高い物質を含み、且つ、少なくとも約100オングストロームのフィルムを含み、前記中間層が、少なくとも1つの透明誘電フィルムを含んでおり、前記中間層は、前記高吸収主層と前記赤外反射層との間に配置されている窓板。
- 前記赤外反射層が、銀を含む請求項1記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収主層が、チタンを含む請求項1記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収主層の厚みの大部分が、金属チタンである請求項3記載の窓板。
- 前記赤外反射層が、前記高吸収主層よりも前記窓板から離れて配置されている請求項1記載の窓板。
- 更に、前記赤外反射層の上方に堆積された高吸収ブロッカー層を含み、前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、日射吸収性の高い物質を含み、且つ、少なくとも約75オングストロームのフィルムを含む請求項5記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層は、前記赤外反射層に隣接している請求項6記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、チタンを含む請求項7記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層の厚みの大部分が、金属チタンである請求項8記載の窓板。
- 前記窓板が断熱ガラスユニットの一部であり、前記低放射率コーティングが、前記断熱ガラスユニットの#2表面に設けられている請求項1記載の窓板。
- 前記断熱ガラスユニットが、約30%未満の外側日射反射率を有する請求項10記載の窓板。
- 前記外側日射反射率が、約20%未満である請求項11記載の窓板。
- 前記外側日射反射率が、約15%である請求項12記載の窓板。
- 前記断熱ガラスユニットが、約20%未満の外側可視反射率を有する請求項10記載の窓板。
- 前記断熱ガラスユニットが、約0.4未満の日射熱取得率を有する請求項10記載の窓板。
- 前記断熱ガラスユニットが、約−0.5〜約−3のah色座標と、約−6.5〜約−9のbh色座標とで特徴付けられる透過色を有する請求項10記載の窓板。
- 前記断熱ガラスユニットが、約0.75〜約−1.75のah色座標と、約−9.75〜約−12.25のbh色座標とで特徴付けられる反射色を有し、前記反射色は、前記断熱ガラスユニットの#1表面から観察されるものである請求項10記載の窓板。
- 前記断熱ガラスユニットは、約0.4未満のU値を有する請求項10記載の窓板。
- 前記低放射率コーティングは、約0.12未満の放射率を有する請求項1記載の窓板。
- 下記フィルムのシーケンスを含む低放射率コーティングを備えた窓板。
a)少なくとも1つの透明誘電フィルムを含む内側層、
b)日射吸収性の高い物質を含み、少なくとも約100オングストロームのフィルムを含む高吸収主層、
c)少なくとも1つの透明誘電フィルムを含む中間層、
d)赤外線反射性の高い物質を含む赤外反射層、
e)日射吸収性の高い物質を含み、少なくとも約75オングストロームのフィルムを含む高吸収ブロッカー層、および
f)少なくとも1つの透明誘電フィルムを含む外側層。 - 前記赤外反射層が、銀を含む請求項20記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収主層が、チタンを含む請求項20記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収主層の厚みの大部分が、金属チタンである請求項22記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、チタンを含む請求項20記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層の厚みの大部分が、金属チタンである請求項24記載の窓板。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、前記赤外反射層に隣接している請求項20記載の窓板。
- 前記中間層が、前記高吸収主層上に直接に堆積された酸化亜鉛フィルムを含む請求項20記載の窓板。
- 前記中間層が、2つの酸化亜鉛フィルムに挟まれた二酸化チタンフィルムを含む請求項20記載の窓板。
- 前記二酸化チタンフィルムは、約65オングストローム〜約103オングストロームの厚みを有し、前記酸化亜鉛フィルムのうちの最も内側のものが、約238オングストローム〜約422オングストロームの厚みを有し、前記酸化亜鉛フィルムのうちの最も外側のものが、約80オングストローム〜約172オングストロームの厚みを有する請求項28記載の窓板。
- コーテッド基材の製造方法であって、
a)一般に対向する第1および第2の主面を有する窓板を用意し、
b)前記主面のうちの1つの上に、赤外反射層、高吸収主層および中間層を含む低放射率コーティングであって、前記赤外反射層が、赤外線反射性の高い物質を含み、前記高吸収主層が、日射吸収性の高い物質を含み、且つ、少なくとも約100オングストロームのフィルムを含み、前記中間層が、少なくとも1つの透明誘電フィルムを含んでおり、前記中間層が、前記高吸収主層と前記赤外反射層との間に配置されている低放射率コーティングを堆積することを含む製造方法。 - 前記赤外反射層を、銀含有フィルムとして堆積することを含む請求項30記載の方法。
- 前記赤外反射層を、少なくとも約50オングストロームの厚みで堆積することを含む請求項30記載の方法。
- 前記高吸収主層を、チタン含有フィルムとして堆積することを含む請求項30記載の方法。
- 前記高吸収主層が、金属チタンとして堆積される請求項33記載の方法。
- 前記赤外反射層が、前記高吸収主層よりも前記窓板から離れて堆積される請求項30記載の方法。
- 更に、前記赤外反射層の上方に、高吸収ブロッカー層を堆積することを含み、前記高吸収ブロッカー層は、日射吸収性の高い物質を含み、且つ、少なくとも約75オングストロームのフィルムを含むものである請求項30記載の方法。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、前記赤外反射層上に直接に堆積される請求項36記載の方法。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、チタン含有フィルムとして堆積される請求項36記載の方法。
- 前記高吸収ブロッカー層が、金属チタンとして堆積される請求項38記載の方法。
- 前記中間層の堆積が、前記高吸収主層上に直接に酸化亜鉛フィルムを堆積することを含む請求項30記載の方法。
- 前記中間層の堆積が、第1の中間酸化亜鉛フィルムと、中間に酸化チタンフィルムと、第2の中間酸化亜鉛フィルムとを堆積することを含む請求項30記載の方法。
- 前記第1の酸化亜鉛フィルムが、約238オングストローム〜約422オングストロームの厚みで堆積され、前記二酸化チタンフィルムが、約65オングストローム〜約103オングストロームの厚みで堆積され、前記第2の酸化亜鉛フィルムが、約80オングストローム〜約172オングストロームの厚みで堆積される請求項41記載の方法。
- 更に、基材と前記高吸収主層との間に内側層を堆積することと、前記赤外反射層よりも前記基材から離れて外側層を堆積することとを含み、前記内側層および前記外側層が、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの透明誘電フィルムを含む請求項30記載の方法。
