Abstract
【解決手段】 センサは、構造物の健全性を示すパラメータを計測する。センサからのセンサ読み取りは、モニタリングされるパラメータのレベル、または1つ以上の特定の物理的または化学的なイベントが起こったかを示す。無線技術を用いて、インタロゲータは、その同一性および現在のセンサ読み取りまたは状態を決定するためにセンサデバイスをプローブする。しばしばセンサデバイスは、構造物中に埋め込まれ、無線信号の送信は構造物の一部を通して起こる。アクティベートされるとき、デバイスは、デバイスを特定し、計測されているパラメータまたは特定のセンサ状態についての情報を含む無線信号で応答する。デバイスの識別は、それが多くの同様のデバイスから区別されることを可能にする。よって本発明は、無線質問ユニットによってプロービングされえるデバイス群のアレイのコンテキストにおいて特に有用である。ある実施形態において、デバイスは受動的であり、電力を質問信号から引き出す。
Description
Claims (24)
- センサデバイスであって、
金属を含む構造物の健全性を示すパラメータを検出するセンサ、
前記センサと電気的に通じ、無線質問信号によってトリガされるとき、前記パラメータを示す無線信号を前記構造物の一部を通して送信するトランスポンダ、および
前記トランスポンダと電気的に通じ、前記デバイスをユニークに識別する識別ソース
を備えるデバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記デバイスは電源を含まないデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記センサは、前記構造物中に含まれる金属要素の抵抗、前記構造物中に見つかるイオンの濃度、前記構造物中のpH、前記構造物中に含まれる金属要素の伝導度、および代理物の腐食のうちの一つを検出するデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記デバイスは前記構造物に埋め込まれるデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記構造物はコンクリートを含み、前記デバイスは前記コンクリート中に埋め込まれるデバイス。
- 請求項1、4または5に記載のデバイスであって、前記センサは、前記構造物の前記健全性に攻撃的である化学物質のレベルを検出するデバイス。
- 請求項1、4、5または6に記載のデバイスであって、前記センサは、前記金属の腐食を促進するイオンのレベルを検出するデバイス。
- 請求項1、4、5、6または7に記載のデバイスであって、前記センサは、レファレンス電極およびイオン選択電極間の電位差を計測する電気化学セルを備えるデバイス。
- 請求項8に記載のデバイスであって、前記デバイスの外から前記イオン選択電極へイオンの透過を許す透過性セメント状材料隔膜をさらに含むデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記デバイスの温度にしたがってセンサ読み取りを変更する温度補償回路をさらに備えるデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記識別ソースは、前記センサデバイスについてのユニークな番号を記憶するマイクロチップを備えるデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記デバイスは、前記トランスポンダに供給される信号を整流するマイクロチップを備えるデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記センサは、電気化学セルを備えるデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、センサは、湿度、温度および圧力のうちの一つを検出するデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記センサによって検出されたイベントを記録することを可能にするメモリ要素をさらに備えるデバイス。
- 請求項15に記載のデバイスであって、前記イベントは、前記パラメータについてのスレッショルドであるデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、受信された入射信号の強度を増す増幅器、前記センサによって与えられる情報で前記入射信号を変更する変調器、および前記入射信号を受信および送信する1つのアンテナまたはアンテナ群をさらに備えるデバイス。
- コンクリートおよび金属を含む構造物の健全性をモニタリングする方法であって、
前記コンクリート中にセンサデバイスを埋め込むことであって、前記センサデバイスは、金属を含む構造物の健全性を示すパラメータを検出するセンサ、前記デバイスを他の同様のデバイスから区別できる識別ソース、およびトランスポンダを備える、埋め込むこと、
前記センサを用いて前記パラメータのレベルを検出すること、
前記コンクリートの一部を通して送信する無線信号を作るインタロゲータで前記デバイスをプロービングすること、および
前記コンクリートの一部を通して前記デバイスからの無線信号を戻すこと
を含み、
前記戻り無線信号は前記パラメータステータスを示す方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記構造は、橋梁または橋梁の一部である方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記無線信号は、前記デバイスについての識別も示す方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記インタロゲータは、前記デバイスをプロービングするときに移動車両によって運ばれる方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記デバイスをプロービングすることは、前記デバイスに電源を供給することを含む方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記デバイスを前記インタロゲータでプロービングすることは、無線プローブ信号を前記デバイスに送信し、前記デバイスから無線デバイス信号を受信することを含む方法。
- 請求項18に記載の方法であって、前記デバイスは、前記コンクリートが硬化を終える前に埋め込まれる方法。
