Abstract

Claims (18)
- RFID集積回路と、
無線伝送の周波数を調整するように構成された外部回路であって、前記回路がインダクタ及びコンデンサ及び可変部品を備え、
前記可変部品が少なくとも2つの状態を有し、前記状態が環境条件への暴露に基づいて決定され、前記インダクタ、コンデンサおよび可変部品が、前記装置の無線特性を決定する無線識別装置。 - 前記外部回路が抵抗を更に備える請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記無線特性が、共振周波数およびバンド幅を含む請求項2に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記可変部品が複数の状態を有し、前記状態が前記暴露の持続時間に関する請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記可変部品が複数の状態を有し、前記状態が、前記暴露の強度に関する請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記可変部品が、前記抵抗と直列であり、前記外部回路が前記可変部品および前記抵抗と並列の第2の抵抗を備える請求項2に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記2つの状態の1つが、開回路を備える請求項6に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記可変部品は前記コンデンサと直列であり、前記外部回路が前記可変部品および前記コンデンサと並列の第2のコンデンサを備える請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記環境条件は、衝撃、高温、低温および放射からなる群の中から選択される請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 部品が環境条件にさらされたことを検証する方法であって、
前記部品上にRFID装置を取り付けることであって、前記RFID装置が、無線伝送の周波数を調整するように構成された外部回路とRFID集積回路を備え、前記回路がインダクタ、コンデンサ及び可変部品を備え、前記可変部品が少なくとも2つの状態を有し、前記状態が環境条件への暴露に基づいて決定され、前記インダクタ、コンデンサ及び可変部品が前記装置の無線特性を決定することと、
外部RFIDリーダで前記RFID装置に問い合わせすることと、
少なくとも1の無線特性を予め定められた値と比較することと、
前記比較の結果に基づいて前記部品が前記環境条件にさらされたことを検証すること
を含む方法。 - 前記環境条件が、衝撃、高温、低温及び放射からなる群の中から選択される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記外部回路が抵抗を更に備える請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記無線特性が共振周波数およびバンド幅を含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記可変部品が複数の状態を有し、前記状態が前記暴露の持続時間に関する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記可変部品が複数の状態を有し、前記状態が前記暴露強度に関する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記可変部品が前記抵抗と直列であり、前記外部回路が、前記可変部品および前記抵抗と並列の第2の抵抗を備える請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの状態の1つが開回路を備える請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記可変部品が前記コンデンサと直列であり、前記外部回路が、前記可変部品および前記コンデンサと並列の第2のコンデンサを備える請求項10に記載の方法。
