Claims (10)
- RFID集積回路と、
無線伝送の周波数を調整するように構成された外部回路と
を備える無線識別装置であって、
前記外部回路がインダクタ及びコンデンサ、抵抗、及び環境条件への暴露に応じて不可逆的に変化する第1の可変部品及び第2の可変部品を備え、
前記第1の可変部品が開回路及び閉回路の2つの状態を有し、前記第1の可変部品の前記状態が第1の環境条件への暴露に基づいて決定され、前記第2の可変部品が開回路及び閉回路の2つの状態を有し、前記第2の可変部品の前記状態が第2の環境条件への暴露に基づいて決定され、
前記インダクタ、前記コンデンサ、前記抵抗及び前記第1の可変部品及び前記第2の可変部品が前記無線識別装置のバンド幅を決定し、前記第1の可変部品及び前記第2の可変部品が前記バンド幅に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする無線識別装置。 - 前記第1の可変部品が、前記抵抗と直列であり、前記外部回路が前記第1の可変部品および前記抵抗と並列の第2の抵抗を備える請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記第2の可変部品は前記コンデンサと直列であり、前記外部回路が前記第2の可変部品および前記コンデンサと並列の第2のコンデンサを備える請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の環境条件は、衝撃、高温、低温および放射からなる群の中から選択される請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 部品が複数の環境条件のうちの少なくとも1つにさらされたことを検証する方法であって、
前記部品上に無線識別装置を取り付けることであって、前記無線識別装置が、無線伝送の周波数を調整するように構成された外部回路とRFID集積回路を備え、
前記外部回路がインダクタ、コンデンサ、抵抗、及び環境条件への暴露に応じて不可逆的に変化する第1の可変部品及び第2の可変部品を備え、
前記第1の可変部品が開回路及び閉回路の2つの状態を有し、前記第1の可変部品の前記状態が前記複数の環境条件のうちの第1の環境条件への暴露に基づいて決定され、前記第2の可変部品が開回路及び閉回路の2つの状態を有し、前記第2の可変部品の前記状態が前記複数の環境条件のうちの第2の環境条件への暴露に基づいて決定され、
前記インダクタ、コンデンサ、前記抵抗及び前記第1の可変部品及び前記第2の可変部品が前記無線識別装置の無線特性を決定することと、
外部RFIDリーダで前記無線識別装置に問い合わせすることと、
少なくとも1の無線特性を予め定められた値と比較することと、
前記比較の結果に基づいて前記部品が前記複数の環境条件のうちの少なくとも1つにさらされたことを検証すること
を含む方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の環境条件が、衝撃、高温、低温及び放射からなる群の中から選択される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の可変部品が前記抵抗と直列であり、前記外部回路が、前記第1の可変部品および前記抵抗と並列の第2の抵抗を備える請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の可変部品が前記コンデンサと直列であり、前記外部回路が、前記第2の可変部品および前記コンデンサと並列の第2のコンデンサを備える請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の可変部品が前記抵抗と直列であり、前記第2の可変部品が第2の抵抗と直列であり、前記外部回路が、前記第1の可変部品と前記抵抗に並列で前記第2の可変部品と前記第2の抵抗に並列な第3の抵抗を備える請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
- 前記第1の可変部品及び前記第2の可変部品が前記抵抗とそれぞれ直列であり、前記外部回路が、前記第1の可変部品、前記第2の可変部品及び前記抵抗と並列な第2の抵抗を備える請求項1に記載の無線識別装置。
