Claims (18)
- 第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETであって、前記MOSFETの各々がそれぞれのドレイン電極、ソース電極および制御電極を有し、前記高電位側MOSFETの前記ドレイン電極および前記低電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が電力入力端子に接続され、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が第1および第2のノードで前記第1および第2の低電位側電極の前記ドレイン電極にそれぞれ接続され、前記第1および第2のノードが出力ブリッジ端子を確定するものである第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETと、前記高電位側MOSFETおよび低電位側MOSFETの動作を制御する制御ICであって、外部ブリッジ制御回路から入力制御信号を受け取るように接続可能な入力端子を有し、かつ前記高電位側MOSFETの前記制御電極に接続された出力端子を有する制御ICと、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを支持する支持物と、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを囲む共通絶縁ハウジングと、前記ハウジングから延びる接続ピンとを備える、電気負荷を駆動するHブリッジ駆動装置であって、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETは、知能電力スイッチを備え、かつスイッチ電流およびMOSFETダイ温度に関係した信号を有する出力端子を有し、前記出力端子は、電流かダイ温度かのどちらかが特定の値を超えたとき、前記Hブリッジを遮断するための出力信号を前記マイクロコントローラに対して生成する前記ICに結合されているHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETであって、前記MOSFETの各々がそれぞれのドレイン電極、ソース電極および制御電極を有し、前記高電位側MOSFETの前記ドレイン電極および前記低電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が電力入力端子に接続され、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が第1および第2のノードで前記第1および第2の低電位側電極の前記ドレイン電極にそれぞれ接続され、前記第1および第2のノードが出力ブリッジ端子を確定するものである第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETと、前記高電位側MOSFETおよび低電位側MOSFETの動作を制御する制御ICであって、外部ブリッジ制御回路から入力制御信号を受け取るように接続可能な入力端子を有し、かつ前記高電位側MOSFETの前記制御電極に接続された出力端子を有する制御ICと、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを支持する支持物と、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを囲む共通絶縁ハウジングと、前記ハウジングから延びる接続ピンとを備える、電気負荷を駆動するHブリッジ駆動装置であって、前記接続ピンが、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETの前記それぞれの制御電極に結合されたIN1およびIN2ピン、前記電力入力端子に接続されたVccピンおよびGNDピン、および前記第1および第2のノードにそれぞれ接続されたM1およびM2ピンを含むHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETであって、前記MOSFETの各々がそれぞれのドレイン電極、ソース電極および制御電極を有し、前記高電位側MOSFETの前記ドレイン電極および前記低電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が電力入力端子に接続され、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が第1および第2のノードで前記第1および第2の低電位側電極の前記ドレイン電極にそれぞれ接続され、前記第1および第2のノードが出力ブリッジ端子を確定するものである第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETと、前記高電位側MOSFETおよび低電位側MOSFETの動作を制御する制御ICであって、外部ブリッジ制御回路から入力制御信号を受け取るように接続可能な入力端子を有し、かつ前記高電位側MOSFETの前記制御電極に接続された出力端子を有する制御ICと、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを支持する支持物と、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを囲む共通絶縁ハウジングと、前記ハウジングから延びる接続ピンとを備える、電気負荷を駆動するHブリッジ駆動装置であって、前記低電位側MOSFETが両方とも常時オンであるHブリッジ駆動装置。
- さらに、前記第1または第2の高電位側MOSFETそれぞれのターンオフに応答して、かつ前記第1または第2の高電位側MOSFET出力がそれの全出力電圧に比べて特定の低電圧値に達したとき、前記第1または第2の低電位側デバイスをオンにするために、前記IC中にシュートスルー保護回路を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETであって、前記MOSFETの各々がそれぞれのドレイン電極、ソース電極および制御電極を有し、前記高電位側MOSFETの前記ドレイン電極および前記低電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が電力入力端子に接続され、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETの前記ソース電極が第1および第2のノードで前記第1および第2の低電位側電極の前記ドレイン電極にそれぞれ接続され、前記第1および第2のノードが出力ブリッジ端子を確定するものである第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび第1および第2の低電位側MOSFETと、前記高電位側MOSFETおよび低電位側MOSFETの動作を制御する制御ICであって、外部ブリッジ制御回路から入力制御信号を受け取るように接続可能な入力端子を有し、かつ前記高電位側MOSFETの前記制御電極に接続された出力端子を有する制御ICと、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを支持する支持物と、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETおよび前記ICを囲む共通絶縁ハウジングと、前記ハウジングから延びる接続ピンとを備える、電気負荷を駆動するHブリッジ駆動装置であって、前記ICが、ソフト始動PWM信号を前記低電位側MOSFETの前記制御電極に加えるPWM発生器を含むHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記低電位側MOSFETが常時オンである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記第1または第2の高電位側MOSFET出力がそれの全出力電圧に比べて特定の低電圧値に達したとき、前記第1または第2の高電位側MOSFETそれぞれのターンオフに応答して、前記第1または第2の低電位側デバイスをオンにするために、前記IC中にシュートスルー保護回路を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETが、知能電力スイッチであり、さらにスイッチ電流およびMOSFETダイ温度に関係した信号を有する出力端子を有し、前記出力端子が、電流かダイ温度かのどちらかが特定の値を超えたとき前記Hブリッジを遮断する出力信号を前記マイクロコントローラに生成する前記ICに結合されている、請求項7に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETが、知能電力スイッチであり、さらにスイッチ電流およびMOSFETダイ温度に関係した信号を有する出力端子を有し、前記出力端子が、電流かダイ温度かのどちらかが特定の値を超えたとき前記Hブリッジを遮断する出力信号を前記マイクロコントローラに生成する前記ICに結合され、前記接続ピンが、過度のダイ温度または電流に応答するICで生成された前記出力信号に接続されたDGピンを含む、請求項8に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記低電位側MOSFETが常時オンである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記第1または第2の高電位側MOSFET出力がそれの全出力電圧に比べて特定の低電圧値に達したとき、前記第1または第2の高電位側MOSFETそれぞれのターンオフに応答して、前記第1または第2の低電位側をオンにするために、前記IC中にシュートスルー保護回路を含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ICが、ソフト始動PWM信号を前記低電位側MOSFETの前記制御電極に加えるPWM発生器を含む請求項2に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記低電位側MOSFETが常時オンである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記ソフト始動回路のデューティサイクルを制御するために前記ICに接続された外部RC回路を含む、請求項5に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- さらに、前記ソフト始動回路のデューティサイクルを制御するために前記ICに接続された外部RC回路を含む、請求項6に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記接続ピンが、前記RC回路の抵抗器の一端に接続されたVRCピン、前記RC回路の抵抗器とコンデンサの間のノードに接続されたSSピン、および前記RC回路のコンデンサの一端に接続されたGNDピンを含む、請求項14に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記接続ピンが、前記第1および第2の高電位側MOSFETの前記それぞれの制御電極に結合されたIN1およびIN2ピン、前記電力入力端子に接続されたVccピンおよびGNDピン、および前記第1および第2のノードそれぞれに接続されたM1およびM2ピンを含む、請求項14に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
- 前記接続ピンが、前記RC回路の抵抗器の一端に接続されたVRCピン、前記RC回路の抵抗器とコンデンサの間のノードに接続されたSSピン、および前記RC回路のコンデンサの一端に接続されたGNDピンを含む、請求項17に記載のHブリッジ駆動装置。
