- パイプ本体と;
前記パイプ本体の内部空間に配設されて,燃料の酸化反応によって予め設定された温度範囲の熱エネルギーを発生させる熱源部と;
前記パイプ本体の内部空間に前記熱源部と隣接して配設されて,前記熱エネルギーによる改質反応によって前記燃料から水素を発生させる改質反応部と;
前記パイプ本体の外周に接触するように設置されて,前記改質反応部に供給される前記燃料に前記熱エネルギーを伝達する熱伝逹ユニットと;

- 前記バリア部材を基準として,前記パイプ本体の内部空間の前記流入部側に前記熱源部が配設され,前記パイプ本体の内部空間の前記流出部側に前記改質反応部が配設されることを特徴とする,請求項3に記載の改質装置。
- 前記バリア部材を基準として,前記パイプ本体の内部空間の流入部側に,前記酸化反応を促進するためのペレット形態の酸化触媒層が充填されて前記熱源部を構成し,
前記パイプ本体の流出部側に,前記改質反応を促進するためのペレット形態の改質触媒層が充填されて前記改質反応部を構成することを特徴とする,請求項3または4に記載の改質装置。 - 前記熱伝逹ユニットは,
前記パイプ本体の外周面にコイル状に巻かれ,前記流入部と連結されるパイプ状のパス部材からなることを特徴とする,請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の改質装置。 - 前記パス部材は,前記熱源部に対応する前記パイプ本体の外周面に巻かれる回数が,前記改質反応部に対応する前記パイプ本体の外周面に巻かれる回数より多いことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の改質装置。
- 前記パイプ本体は,熱伝導性を有するステレンス鋼,アルミニウム,銅,及び鉄からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つの金属素材からなることを特徴とする,請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の改質装置。
- 水素と酸素の反応によって電気エネルギーを発生させるスタックと;
熱エネルギーによる燃料の触媒反応によって前記燃料から水素を発生させて,該水素を前記スタックに供給する改質装置と;
前記改質装置に前記燃料を供給する燃料供給部と;
前記改質装置及び前記スタックに酸素を供給する酸素供給部と;
を備え,
前記改質装置は,パイプ本体と,前記パイプ本体の内部空間に配設された酸化触媒層及び改質触媒層と,前記パイプ本体の外周面に設置されて前記熱エネルギーの供給を受けて前記燃料を予熱する熱伝逹ユニットとを備えることを特徴とする,燃料電池システム。 - 前記パイプ本体の内部空間に設置され,前記酸化触媒層及び前記改質触媒層を実質的に分離するメッシュ状のバリア部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記酸化触媒層及び前記改質触媒層は,ペレット形態で前記内部空間に充填されることを特徴とする,請求項9または10に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱伝逹ユニットは,
前記パイプ本体の外周面にコイル状に巻かれたパイプ状のパス部材からなることを特徴とする,請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記パス部材は,前記酸化触媒層に対応する前記パイプ本体の外周面に巻かれる回数が,前記改質触媒層に対応する前記パイプ本体の外周面に巻かれる回数より多いことを特徴とする,請求項12に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 水素と酸素の反応によって電気エネルギーを発生させるスタックと;
熱エネルギーによる燃料の触媒反応によって前記燃料から水素を発生させて,該水素を前記スタックに供給する改質装置と;
前記改質装置に前記燃料を供給する燃料供給部と;
前記改質装置及び前記スタックに酸素を供給する酸素供給部と;
を備え,
前記改質装置は,
パイプ本体と;
前記パイプ本体の内部空間に配設されて,前記熱エネルギーを発生させる熱源部と;
前記パイプ本体の内部空間に前記熱源部と隣接して配設されて,前記燃料から水素を発生させる改質反応部と;
前記パイプ本体の外周に接触するように設置されて,前記改質反応部に供給される前記燃料に前記熱エネルギーを伝達する熱伝逹ユニットと;
を備えることを特徴とする,燃料電池システム。 - 前記パイプ本体の一側端部には,前記燃料が流入する流入部が設けられ,前記パイプ本体の他側端部には,前記燃料が流出する流出部が設けられることを特徴とする,請求項14に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記パイプ本体の内部空間に設置され,前記熱源部及び前記改質反応部を区画するメッシュ状のバリア部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする,請求項15に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記バリア部材を基準として,前記パイプ本体の内部空間の前記流入部側に前記熱源部が配設され,前記パイプ本体の内部空間の前記流出部側に前記改質反応部が配設されることを特徴とする,請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料の酸化反応を促進して前記熱エネルギーを発生させるためのペレット形態の酸化触媒層が,前記内部空間の前記流入部側に充填されて前記熱源部を構成し,
前記燃料の改質反応を促進して,前記燃料から水素を発生させるためのペレット形態の改質触媒層が,前記内部空間の前記流出部側に充填されて前記改質反応部を構成することを特徴とする,請求項16または17に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記熱伝逹ユニットは,
前記パイプ本体の外周面にコイル状に巻かれ,前記流入部と連結されるパイプ状のパス部材からなることを特徴とする,請求項15〜18のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料供給部は,
前記燃料を保存する第1タンクと;
水を保存する第2タンクと;
前記第1タンク及び前記第2タンクに連結される燃料ポンプと;
を有することを特徴とする,請求項14〜19のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記第1タンクと前記パイプ本体の流入部とは,第1供給ラインによって連結され,
前記第1供給ライン上に開閉バルブが設置されることを特徴とする,請求項20に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記熱伝逹ユニットは,
前記パイプ本体の外周面にコイル状に巻かれるパイプ状のパス部材からなり,
前記パス部材は,前記流入部と,前記第1タンク及び前記2タンクとを連結することを特徴とする,請求項20または21に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記パス部材は,前記熱源部に対応する前記パイプ本体の外周面に巻かれる回数が,前記改質反応部に対応する前記パイプ本体の外周面に巻かれる回数より多いことを特徴とする,請求項19または22に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記酸素供給部は,空気を吸入する空気ポンプを有し,
前記空気ポンプと前記パイプ本体の前記流入部とは,第2供給ラインによって連結されることを特徴とする,請求項15〜23のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記パイプ本体の前記流出部と前記スタックとは,第3供給ラインによって連結されることを特徴とする,請求項24に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記空気ポンプと前記スタックとは,第4供給ラインによって連結されることを特徴とする,請求項24または25に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記スタックは,
膜−電極アセンブリーと,前記膜−電極アセンブリーの両側に密着配置されるセパレータとからなる最少単位の電気発生部を複数備え,
前記複数の電気発生部が隣接配置された集合体構造を有することを特徴とする,請求項14〜26のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。
