Claims (6)
- 燃料が通過する管路を有し,前記管路自体が,前記燃料を水素ガスを含む改質ガスに改質させるための触媒として作用する,銅(Cu),ニッケル(Ni),亜鉛(Zn),白金(Pt),鉄(Fe),コバルト(Co)から選択され,銅(Cu)の合金形態の素材からなる改質部と;
前記管路に熱を加えて前記燃料を気化させる熱源部と;
を備え,
前記管路は,
前記燃料が流入する流入口と;
前記改質反応により生成された前記改質ガスが流出する流出口と;
を有し,
前記管路の内周面には,酸素による表面酸化及び当該表面酸化後に実施される水素による還元反応により反応性を有する突起が形成されて,表面が粗くなっており,
前記突起の直径は,2〜20nmであることを特徴とする,燃料電池システムの改質器。 - 前記熱源部は,前記管路に接触して前記管路を加熱するヒーティング部材を有することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質器。
- 前記ヒーティング部材は,
前記管路に接触するヒーティングプレートと;
前記ヒーティングプレートに内蔵された熱線と;
を有し,
前記ヒーティングプレートには,前記管路が係合する係合溝が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質器。 - 前記管路は,ジグザグ状に屈曲して形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの改質器。
- 前記管路に連結され,前記改質部により生成された改質ガスの一酸化炭素濃度を低減する少なくとも一つの一酸化炭素低減部をさらに備えることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムの改質器。
- 燃料電池システムにおいて:
水素と酸素の電気化学的反応により電気を発生させるスタックと;
燃料を改質して水素ガスを発生させる請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項による改質器と;
前記燃料を前記改質器に供給する燃料供給部と;
空気を前記スタックに供給する空気供給部と;
を備えることを特徴とする,燃料電池システム。
