Claims (18)
- 外形を構成するケースと、
前記ケース内に配置されて、メッシュ体と、前記メッシュ体の表面に形成された酸化触媒層と、前記酸化触媒層に燃料を供給する燃料噴射ノズルとを含んで、燃料と触媒との酸化反応によって熱エネルギーを発生させる熱源部と、
前記ケース内に配置されて前記熱源部で発生した熱エネルギーを用いて燃料から水素ガスを発生させる改質反応部と、
を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池システムの改質装置。 - 前記燃料噴射ノズルは、燃料供給端と開放端を有する管形状に形成されて、その側面に複数個のノズル孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルの前記開放端は開放されて、前記開放された端部には充填材が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記充填材は、アルミニウムビーズ、クォーツビーズ、及びメッシュ体からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルは、前記開放端の内径が前記燃料供給端の内径よりも小さくなるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルは、前記開放端の近傍に、前記開放端に向かってその内径が漸進的に小さくなる管径縮小部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記改質反応部は、前記ケースを貫いて設けられてその内部に燃料が流入される改質管を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルは前記ケースの中心に配置され、前記改質管は複数本で構成されて前記燃料噴射ノズルの周りに沿って配列されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。

- 前記充填材は、アルミニウムビーズ、クォーツビーズ、及びメッシュ体からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルは、前記開放端の内径が前記燃料供給端の内径よりも小さくなるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルは、前記開放端の近傍に、前記開放端に向かってその内径が漸進的に小さくなる管径縮小部を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記改質反応部は、前記ケースを貫いて設けられてその内部に燃料が流入される改質管を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料噴射ノズルは前記ケースの中心に配置され、前記改質管は複数本で構成されて前記燃料噴射ノズルの周りに沿って配列されたことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記改質管は前記ケースの中心に配置され、前記燃料噴射ノズルは複数本で構成されて前記改質管の周りに沿って配列されたことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。
