Claims (11)
- 第1本体と;
前記第1本体の内部に配置される第2本体と;
前記第2本体の内部に配置されて,熱を発生させる熱源部と;
前記第1本体と前記第2本体との間の空間に充填される改質触媒を含み,前記改質触媒を用いた燃料の改質反応によって,前記燃料から水素を発生させる改質反応部と;
前記第2本体に配置され,前記燃料と酸素とを,前記熱源部に分散供給させるノズル部材と;
を含み,
前記ノズル部材は,一側端部が開放され,他側端部が閉鎖されたパイプ形態に構成されて,前記第2本体の内部領域に前記燃料と酸素とを分散供給させるノズルパターンが形成され,
前記ノズルパターンは,複数のノズル孔で形成され,
前記燃料と酸素は,前記ノズル部材内を前記一側端部側から前記他側端部側へ向かって流動し,
前記ノズル部材を,前記一側端部側の第1領域と前記他側端部側の第2領域と中央側の第3領域とに分割した際に,前記第2領域のノズル孔の大きさは,前記第1領域のノズル孔の大きさよりも小さく,かつ前記第3領域のノズル孔の大きさよりも大きいことを特徴とする,燃料電池システム用改質装置。 - 前記第1本体の内部に配置されて前記第2本体と連結し,前記第2本体で発生した燃焼ガスを前記第1本体の外部に排出させるパス部材を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記ノズル部材の閉鎖端は,前記第2本体の内部に配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記パス部材は,コイル形態に構成されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記第2本体は,両側端部が閉鎖された形態で,一側端部に前記ノズル部材を内部空間に引入れる第1孔が形成され,他側端部に前記燃焼ガスを排出させる第2孔が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記パス部材は,前記第2孔に連結設置されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記第1本体は,両側端部が閉鎖された形態で,一側端部に前記燃料を注入させる第3孔が形成され,他側端部に前記水素を排出させる第4孔が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記第1本体の一側端部に前記パス部材を引出す第5孔が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記改質触媒は,ペレット形態に構成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記熱源部は,前記第2本体の内部に充填される酸化触媒を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
- 前記酸化触媒は,ペレット形態に構成されることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載の燃料電池システム用改質装置。
