Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による燃料電池システムは、燃料より水素を発生させる改質装置と、前記水素と酸素の電気化学的な反応を通じて電気エネルギーを発生させる少なくとも一つの電気発生部と、前記改質装置に燃料を供給する燃料供給源と、前記電気発生部に酸素を供給する酸素供給源と、を含む。前記改質装置は、内部空間を有しながら流入部と流出部が形成される本体、及び前記本体の内部空間に配置されて燃料が通過する通路を構成する反応部を含む。前記反応部は、外部から印加されたエネルギーより熱エネルギーを発生させる熱発生部材と、前記熱発生部材の表面に形成される触媒層と、を含む。

Claims (16)
- 内部空間を有しながら、流入部と流出部が形成される本体;及び
前記本体の内部空間に配置されて燃料が通過する通路を成し、外部から印加されたエネルギーより熱エネルギーを発生させる熱発生部材と、前記熱発生部材の表面に形成される触
媒層と、を含む反応部;
を含む燃料電池システムの改質装置。 - 前記熱発生部材に電気エネルギーを供給する電源供給部を含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記熱発生部材は、導電性を有する金属素材からなる、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記熱発生部材は、前記通路の長さ方向に垂直な横断面形状が蛇行形状をしている、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記熱発生部材と前記触媒層との間に、前記触媒層を支持する支持層が形成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記本体との内面に、前記熱発生部材と前記本体を電気的に絶縁させる絶縁部が形成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 燃料より水素を発生させる改質装置;
前記水素と酸素の電気化学的な反応を通じて電気エネルギーを発生させる少なくとも一つの電気発生部;
前記改質装置に燃料を供給する燃料供給源;及び
前記電気発生部に酸素を供給する酸素供給源;を含み、
前記改質装置は、
内部空間を有しながら流入部と流出部が形成される本体と、
前記本体の内部空間に配置されて燃料が通過する通路を成す反応部と、を含み、
前記反応部は、
外部から印加されたエネルギーより熱エネルギーを発生させる熱発生部材と、
前記熱発生部材の表面に形成される触媒層と、を含む燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料供給源と前記本体の流入部が第1供給ラインによって連結され、
前記本体の流出部と前記電気発生部が第2供給ラインによって連結される、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料供給源は、水素を含有した燃料を保存する燃料タンク、及び前記燃料タンクに連結設置されて前記燃料を排出させる燃料ポンプを含む、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記酸素供給源は、空気を吸入してこの空気を前記電気発生部に供給する空気ポンプを含み、
前記空気ポンプと電気発生部が第3供給ラインによって連結される、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記熱発生部材に電気エネルギーを供給する電源供給部を含む、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱発生部材は、導電性を有する金属素材からなる、請求項11に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱発生部材は、前記通路の長さ方向に垂直な横断面形状が蛇行形状をしている、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱発生部材と前記触媒層との間に、前記触媒層を支持する支持層が形成される、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記本体との内面に、前記熱発生部材と前記本体を電気的に絶縁させる絶縁部が形成される、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記電気発生部が複数に積層されてスタックを形成する、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。
