Abstract
電力の消費を低減することができる電荷平衡型のD級アンプを提供する。
【解決手段】
D級アンプ1は、入力の音声電圧信号Sinを極性が異なる2つの信号に電流変換する電圧制御電流源回路F1、電流変換された各信号とフィードバック信号の電荷がそれぞれ蓄積される積分用容量素子C1、C2、積分用容量素子C1、C2の電位と基準電位Vcomとをそれぞれ比較するPWM変換用ヒステリシスコンパレータCOMP1、COMP2、その出力をそれぞれ増幅する出力バッファB1、B2、その出力をそれぞれフィードバックする定電流源帰還回路I1、I2とを有する。

となりI243<I244であるため反転しない。
I247=I241−I242
となっている。したがって、I247に応じてヒステリシス幅が変化する。
I244+I248=I243
となりI243>I244であるため反転しない。
I248=I242−I241
となっている。したがって、I248に応じてヒステリシス幅が変化する。
Claims (7)
- 電流変換された入力信号及び帰還信号により電荷が蓄積される容量素子と、
前記容量素子の電位と基準電位とを比較してパルス幅変調信号を出力するコンパレータと、
前記コンパレータの出力側に接続され前記容量素子に前記電流変換された帰還信号を力する帰還回路と
を有することを特徴とするD級アンプ。 - 前記コンパレータは、ヒステリシス特性を有するヒステリシスコンパレータである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のD級アンプ。 - 前記入力信号にクロック信号を重畳するオシレータ回路を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のD級アンプ。 - 前記帰還回路は、前記コンパレータの出力を帰還する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のD級アンプ。 - 前記コンパレータの出力を増幅する出力バッファを有し、
前記帰還回路は前記出力バッファの出力を帰還する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のD級アンプ。 - 前記帰還回路は、電圧制御電流源回路からなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のD級アンプ。 - 電圧信号を電流変換して差動信号を出力する電圧制御電流源回路と、
前記差動信号の一方を第1の入力信号とし前記第1の入力信号及び電流変換された帰還信号により電荷が蓄積される第1の容量素子と、前記第1の容量素子の電位と基準電位とを比較してパルス幅変調信号を出力する第1のコンパレータと、前記第1のコンパレータの出力側に接続され前記容量素子に前記電流変換された帰還信号を出力する第1の帰還回路と、
前記差動信号の他方を第2の入力信号とし前記第2の入力信号及び電流変換された帰還信号により電荷が蓄積される第2の容量素子と、前記第2の容量素子の電位と基準電位とを比較してパルス幅変調信号を出力する第2のコンパレータと、前記第2のコンパレータの出力側に接続され前記容量素子に前記電流変換された帰還信号を出力する第2の帰還回路とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のD級アンプ。
