Abstract
【解決手段】引張強度が115MPa乃至265MPaであり、アルミニウム合金を含むリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体3。

Description
アルミニウムを99.00重量%含み、Cuを0.12重量%含むAl1000H16(10は不純物の種類、Hは熱処理を示す記号、16は硬さを意味する)合金で形成されて、引張強度が145MPaであるAl合金正極電流集電体に正極活物質組成物を塗布してから乾燥及び圧延して正極を製造した。この時、圧延工程条件は、電極板密度が2.4g/ccになるようにし、正極面の正極活物質の量は10mg/cm2になるようにした。また、前記正極活物質組成物はLiNiCoAlO2正極活物質、ポリフッ化ビニリデンバインダー及びカーボン導電剤を85:10:5の重量比にN−メチルピロリドン溶媒の中で分散させて製造した。
アルミニウムを99.00重量%、Mnを0.55重量%含むAl3105O合金で形成されて、引張強度が115MPaであるAl合金正極電流集電体に、正極活物質組成物を塗布して乾燥及び圧延して正極を製造した。前記正極活物質組成物はLiNiCoAlO2正極活物質、ポリフッ化ビニリデンバインダー及びカーボン導電剤を85:10:5の重量比にN−メチルピロリドン溶媒の中で分散させて製造した。
Al含量が99.5%であり、引張強度が110MPaであるAl合金正極電流集電体を使用したことを除いて、前記実施例1と同一に実施した。

Claims (15)
- 引張強度が115MPa乃至265MPaであり、アルミニウム合金を用いることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記リチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体の引張強度は、115MPa乃至160MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記電流集電体に用いるアルミニウム合金のアルミニウム含有量は、98乃至99.5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記アルミニウム合金は、Al1050H16、Al1050H18、Al1060H18、Al1350H16、Al1350H19、Al100H14、Al1100H16、Al1100H18及びAl3105Oからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記正極電流集電体は、高出力リチウム二次電池用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- アルミニウム含量が、98乃至99.5重量%であるアルミニウム合金を用いることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記アルミニウム合金は、115MPa乃至265MPaの引張強度を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記アルミニウム合金の引張強度は、115MPa乃至160MPaであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記アルミニウム合金は、Al1050H16、Al1050H18、Al1060H18、Al1350H16、Al1350H19、Al100H14、Al1100H16、Al1100H18及びAl3105Oからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 前記正極電流集電体は、高出力リチウム二次電池用であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池用正極電流集電体。
- 引張強度が115MPa乃至265MPaであり、アルミニウム合金を含む電流集電体と、
前記電流集電体に形成された正極活物質層を含む正極と、
負極活物質を含む負極と、
電解液と、
を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記電流集電体の引張強度は、115MPa乃至160MPaであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記アルミニウム合金は、アルミニウムを98乃至99.5重量%含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記アルミニウム合金は、Al1050H16、Al1050H18、Al1060H18、Al1350H16、Al1350H19、Al100H14、Al1100H16、Al1100H18及びAl3105Oからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム二次電池は、高出力リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
