Abstract
【解決手段】複数本の電線12の両端末部分12aを所定のピッチで配列してフラット状にし、中間部分12bを1つに束ねた多心ケーブルであって、両端末部分12aにおける電線配列方向におけるケーブル幅をDとし、両端末部分12a間の距離をEとし、両端末部分間に配列される複数本の電線が、最小長さLsから最大長さLmになるように順次長さ異ならせたとき、
D/E>1/6であり、(Lm−Ls)>{(D2+E2)1/2−E}とする。

であるようにしたものである。
図3において、図1及び図2で説明したように、電線配列方向におけるケーブル幅をD、両端末部分間における距離をEとし、両端末部分側の変換部分の距離をE1,E2、束ねる部分の距離をE3、両端末部分間に配される電線の最小長さをLs,最大長さをLmとする。
Da/Ea>1/6とし、「Lma−Lsa」>「(Ea2+Da2)1/2―Ea」、
となるようにする。
Claims (8)
- 複数本の電線の両端末部分を所定のピッチで配列してフラット状にし、中間部分を1つに束ねた多心ケーブルであって、
前記両端末部分における電線配列方向におけるケーブル幅をDとし、前記両端末部分間の距離をEとし、前記両端末部分間に配列される前記複数本の電線が、最小長さLsから最大長さLmになるように順次長さを異ならせたとき、
D/E>1/6であり、(Lm−Ls)>{(D2+E2)1/2−E}であることを特徴とする多心ケーブル。 - 前記端末部分から束ねられる中間部分に至る電線と前記中間部分の軸方向との角度θを45°未満とし、(Lm−Ls)<3×{2D(21/2−1)≒2.5Dとしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多心ケーブル。
- フラット状に配列された中央の電線を最小長さLsとすることを特徴する請求項1に記載の多心ケーブル。
- フラット状の配列された両端のいずれか一方の電線を最小長さLsとすることを特徴する請求項1に記載の多心ケーブル。
- 捻り角が80°〜190°の捻りを受ける部所で使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多心ケーブル。
- 複数本の電線の両端末部分を所定のピッチで配列してフラット状にし、中間部分を1つに束ねた多心ケーブルの製造方法であって、
前記両端末部分間に配列される前記複数本の電線を、電線収納溝が最小長さLsaから最大長さLmaで順次異ならせた整列治具を用いて整列させ、次いで、少なくとも前記両端末部分に位置する電線の露出面をテープ化して一体化させた後、前記整列治具から整列状態で電線を取出して前記両端末部分に電気接続用の端末を形成し、次いで、前記中間部分を1つに束ねることを特徴とする多心ケーブルの製造方法。 - 前記整列治具の端末整列部における溝幅をDaとし、前記両端末整列間の実質距離をEaとしたとき、前記整列治具の電線収納溝が、
D/E>1/6であり、(Lma−Lsa)>{(Da2+Ea2)1/2−Ea}
となるように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の多心ケーブルの製造方法。 - 前記整列治具に単一の多心ケーブル形成用の前記電線収納溝が、縦接続で連続的に複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の多心ケーブルの製造方法。
