Abstract
【解決手段】 穿孔機2とコンプレッサ30より構成される穿孔装置1において、コンプレッサ30に設けられたエアータンク32の圧力を検知する圧力検出器の検出結果に基づき、制御回路により、穿孔機2に内蔵される穿孔モータと、コンプレッサ30に内蔵される空気圧縮用モータと、の作動を制御し、いずれか一のモータを作動させているときは、他のモータが作動せず、かつ穿孔モータが作動したときのみエアータンク32から穿孔機2に圧縮空気が供給されるようにする。またコンプレッサ30には穿孔機2用の電源コンセント37を設ける。

Claims (6)
- 圧縮流体を内部に流入させる流入部が設けられた躯体と、該躯体内に回転可能に支承され該流入部に連通する流体通路が形成された回転軸と、該回転軸を回転駆動する穿孔モータとを有する穿孔機本体と、
圧縮流体を生成して貯蔵する圧縮ユニットと、生成された圧縮流体を該回転軸内に導入するために該圧縮ユニットと該流入部とを接続する接続部材とを有するコンプレッサを備え、少なくとも先端に刃部を有すると共に該回転軸の流体通路に連通する圧縮流体通路が内部に形成され該先端部において該圧縮流体通路が開口して圧縮流体噴出口をなす穿孔具が、該回転軸に接続可能に設けられた穿孔装置において、
該穿孔モータの駆動状態を検知する穿孔モータ駆動検知装置と、
該穿孔モータ駆動検知装置により検知した該穿孔モータの駆動状態に基づいて該圧縮ユニットより排出される圧縮流体量を制御する流体量制御装置と、が設けられることを特徴とする穿孔装置。 - 該圧縮ユニットは流体圧縮モータと貯蔵した圧縮流体の圧力を検知する圧力検知装置とを備え、
該圧縮ユニットに貯蔵される圧縮流体の圧力に基づいて該流体圧縮モータの動作を制御する流体圧縮モータ制御装置と、
該圧縮ユニットに貯蔵される圧縮流体の圧力に基づいて該穿孔モータの駆動状態を制御する穿孔モータ制御装置と、が更に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿孔装置。 - 該コンプレッサには、該穿孔機本体への電力を供給する電力供給装置が更に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の穿孔装置。
- 圧縮空気を生成する空気圧縮モータと、
圧縮空気を貯蔵するエアータンクと、
該エアータンク内に貯蔵された圧縮流体の圧力を検知する圧力検知装置と、
該圧力検知装置の検知結果に基づいて該流体圧縮モータの動作を制御する流体圧縮モータ制御装置と、
生成された圧縮流体を外部に吐出する吐出口と、を有するコンプレッサであって、
外部機器に電力を供給するためのコンセントが設けられることを特徴とするコンプレッサ。 - 該圧力検知装置の検知結果に基づいて該コンセントへの電力供給量を制御するコンセント制御回路が更に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該コンセントに流れる電流を検知する電流検知装置と、該電流検知装置の検知結果に基づいて該吐出口より吐出される圧縮流体量を制御する流体量制御装置と、が更に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4記載のコンプレッサ。
