Abstract
【解決手段】車両用灯具500は、発光ダイオード素子10と、発光ダイオード素子10が上面に直接固定された平板状の放熱基板14と、放熱基板14の端部で発光ダイオード素子10と電気的に接続され、発光ダイオード素子10に供給する電源の入力部18を放熱基板14より下方に有する給電コネクタ16とを備える。給電コネクタ16は放熱基板14の端部に設けられており、放熱基板14の上面に於いて発光ダイオード素子10から放熱基板14の端部に向かって伸び、端部で給電コネクタ16に接続される配線を更に有してもよい。

Description
半導体発光素子と、半導体発光素子が上面に直接固定された平板状の放熱板と、放熱板の上面における端部で半導体発光素子と電気的に接続され、半導体発光素子に供給する電源を入力する入力部を放熱板より下方に有する給電コネクタとを備える。
LEDモジュール40bは、放熱基板14bの上面に直接固定された複数の発光ダイオード素子10を備える。放熱基板14bの側面は、複数の発光ダイオード素子10の発光領域の基準からの距離を精度よく保って加工されている。複数の発光ダイオード素子10は直列に接続され、給電コネクタ16は、複数の発光ダイオード素子10の配線20の両端に設けられた給電接点22に電源を供給する。このような構成によれば、一つの放熱基板14bに実装された複数の発光ダイオード素子10のそれぞれに効率よく電源を供給できる。
Claims (6)
- 照明に用いられる灯具であって、
半導体発光素子と、
前記半導体発光素子が上面に直接固定された平板状の放熱板と、
前記放熱板の端部で前記半導体発光素子と電気的に接続され、前記半導体発光素子に供給する電源を入力する入力部を前記放熱板より下方に有する給電コネクタと
を備える灯具。 - 前記給電コネクタは前記放熱板の端部に設けられており、
前記放熱板の前記上面に於いて前記半導体発光素子から前記放熱板の前記端部に向かって伸び、当該端部で前記給電コネクタに接続される配線
を更に有する、請求項1に記載の灯具。 - 前記放熱板の前記端部における上面に形成され、前記半導体発光素子に電源を供給する給電接点を更に有し、
前記給電コネクタは、前記放熱板の前記給電接点部分を挟持することにより、前記給電接点に電気的に接続する、請求項1に記載の灯具。 - 前記放熱板の上面に固定され、かつ直列に接続された複数の前記半導体発光素子を備え、前記給電コネクタは、前記複数の前記半導体発光素子の配線の両端に前記電源を供給する、請求項1に記載の灯具。
- 前記放熱板は、前記半導体発光素子との相対位置が既知の位置決め突起を側面に有している、請求項1に記載の灯具。
- 前記位置決め突起は、前記半導体発光素子の発光領域の基準との相対位置が既知である、請求項5に記載の灯具。
