Abstract
【解決手段】 ノニの果実の種を十分に破砕処理し、破砕された固形物を分離処理して果実飲料を製造する。また、未熟果実をスライス状に切断処理し、乾燥後焙煎して果実茶とし、根に近い部分の幹部を破砕してチップ処理し、乾燥後焙煎して幹茶とし、混合煮沸し、さらにノニ葉茶を加えて短時間煮沸して茶飲料を製造するようにしたものである。

Claims (6)
- ノニの果実を洗浄処理し、種が十分に破砕されるように、細かく破砕処理し、破砕された固形物を分離処理することを特徴とするノニを用いた果実飲料の製造方法。
- 前記の固形物の分離処理において、遠心分離処理することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のノニを用いた果実飲料の製造方法。
- 前記のノニ果実は、8分熟果実を用いることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のノニを用いた果実飲料の製造方法。
- 種が硬くなる前のノニの未熟果実を洗浄処理し、果実をスライス状に切断処理し、乾燥後焙煎処理することを特徴とするノニの果実を用いた茶の製造方法。
- 根から80cmまでの幹を採取し、洗浄処理し、該幹をチップ状に破砕し、乾燥後焙煎処理することを特徴とするノニの幹を用いた茶の製造方法。
- 前記の果実の茶と幹の茶とを適時に混合し、煮沸してエキスが十分に溶出された後、ノニの葉を乾燥して焙煎した茶を混合し、さらに短時間煮沸することを特徴とするノニを用いた茶飲料の製造方法。
