Abstract
【解決手段】 機械攪拌式脱硫装置を用いた溶銑の脱硫方法において、攪拌羽根4によって攪拌されている溶銑3の浴面上に、脱硫剤7を、上吹きランス5を介して搬送用ガスと共に上吹き添加して脱硫処理を行う。その際に、前記脱硫剤の添加完了後、更に、上吹きランスから搬送用ガスを溶銑表面に向けて吹き付けること、及び、溶銑の浴面に衝突する搬送用ガスの流速を10m/秒以上とするなどにより、脱硫反応を効率良く行なうことができる。

Claims (12)
- 機械攪拌式脱硫装置を用いた溶銑の脱硫方法において、攪拌羽根によって攪拌されている溶銑の浴面上に、脱硫剤を、上吹きランスを介して搬送用ガスと共に上吹き添加して脱硫処理を行うことを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤の添加完了後、更に、前記上吹きランスから搬送用ガスを溶銑表面に向けて吹き付けて脱硫処理することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 溶銑の浴面に衝突する搬送用ガスの流速を10m/秒以上とすることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤を溶銑浴面に上吹き添加する際に、溶銑を収容する処理容器の内径をD、攪拌羽根の直径をd、攪拌羽根の中心から脱硫剤の吹き付け位置までの水平距離をRとしたときに、水平距離(R)が、内径(D)及び直径(d)に対して下記の(2)式の関係を満足する範囲内となる位置で、脱硫剤を上吹き添加することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
d/3≦R≦d/2+1/3×(D-d) …(2)
但し、(2)式において、Dは溶銑を収容する処理容器の内径、dは攪拌羽根の直径、Rは攪拌羽根の中心から脱硫剤の吹き付け位置までの水平距離である。 - 前記搬送用ガスは、実質的に酸素を含有してない、還元性ガス、不活性ガス、非酸化性ガスのうちの1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤の上吹き添加よりも以前、または脱硫剤の上吹き添加と同時に、若しくは脱硫剤の上吹き添加完了後に、前記上吹きランスまたは別のランスから、脱酸源を搬送用ガスと共に溶銑表面に向けて上吹き添加することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤の上吹き添加よりも以前、または脱硫剤の上吹き添加と同時に、若しくは脱硫剤の上吹き添加完了後に、溶銑を収容する処理容器内に脱酸源を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項5の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱酸源は、金属Al、金属Si、金属Mgのうちの1種以上を含む物質であることを特徴とする、請求項6または請求項7に記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤の上吹き添加よりも以前、または脱硫剤の上吹き添加と同時に、若しくは脱硫剤の上吹き添加完了後に、前記上吹きランスまたは別のランスから、ガスを発生する物質を搬送用ガスと共に溶銑表面に向けて上吹き添加することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項8の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤の上吹き添加よりも以前、または脱硫剤の上吹き添加と同時に、若しくは脱硫剤の上吹き添加完了後に、溶銑を収容する処理容器内にガスを発生する物質を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項8の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 機械攪拌式脱硫装置を用いた溶銑の脱硫方法において、攪拌羽根によって攪拌されている溶銑の浴面上に脱硫剤を添加した後、上吹きランスを介してガスを溶銑表面に向けて吹き付けて脱硫処理することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤は、CaOを主体とし、実質的にフッ素を含有しない物質であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項11の何れか1つに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
