Claims (4)
- 機械撹拌手段を備えた溶銑鍋に保持した溶銑の浴面上に、該溶銑鍋の上方に配置したホッパーからシュートを介して脱硫剤を添加し、該溶銑を撹拌して脱硫処理するに際し、
前記脱硫処理の開始当初より予定量の添加が終了するまでの間、前記脱硫剤を0.4〜1.5kg/steel−t/minの範囲の一定速度で連続的に添加することを特徴とする溶銑の脱硫方法。 - 前記脱硫剤に加え、スラグの脱酸剤としてAl含有物質を同時に上添加することを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤の粒径を500μm以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
- 前記脱硫剤をCaO及びCaF2の混合物とし、前記Al含有物質をAl精錬ドロスとすることを特徴とする請求項2〜3のいずれかに記載の溶銑の脱硫方法。
