Claims (3)
- 精錬容器に収容された、クロムを5.0質量%以上含有する含クロム溶銑に、金属Mg粉及び石灰粉を主体とする金属Mg系脱硫剤を吹き込んで含クロム溶銑を脱硫することを特徴とする、含クロム溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
- 前記含クロム溶銑の脱硫処理前の温度が1300℃以上であり、且つ含クロム溶銑の脱硫処理前の炭素含有量が3.0質量%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の含クロム溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
- 前記含クロム溶銑は、溶融還元製錬または溶解によって得たものであって、且つ溶湯の加熱機能を有する保持炉内で一旦保持された後に該保持炉から出湯されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の含クロム溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
