Claims (1)
- 上底吹転炉型溶融還元炉で溶製した含クロム溶銑と、高炉溶銑と、竪型溶融還元炉で溶製した含クロム溶銑と、を合わせ湯して得た溶融高炭素高クロム鉄合金を、溶湯の加熱機能を有する保持炉に一旦保持した後に溶湯収容容器に出湯し、該溶湯収容容器内の溶融高炭素高クロム鉄合金に、金属マグネシウムを10〜50質量%、CaOを50〜90質量%の割合で混合したフラックスをインジェクションして脱硫処理し、該脱硫処理を施した後に脱炭精錬炉にて脱炭精錬して高クロム溶鋼とし、脱炭精錬終了後にスラグの還元処理を行うことなく前記高クロム溶鋼を出鋼し、出鋼された高クロム溶鋼を更に真空脱ガス処理することを特徴とする、高クロム溶鋼の溶製方法。
