Claims (1)
- 溶銑を排出した後の空のトピードカーに鉄スクラップを入れ置き、当該トピードカーで高炉から出銑される溶銑を受銑し、受銑後、トピードカー内の溶銑に酸素源として酸素ガスまたは酸素含有ガスのみを供給して脱珪処理を開始し、当該脱珪処理中にトピードカーを傾動させて脱珪処理によって生成するスラグをトピードカーから流出させながら、脱珪処理終了時の溶銑中珪素濃度を0.10〜0.17質量%の範囲内として酸素源として酸素ガスまたは酸素含有ガスのみを供給して脱珪処理を行うことを特徴とする、溶銑の処理方法。
