但し、(1)式において、[S]は溶銑中の硫黄、(CaO)はスラグ中のCaO、(CaS)はスラグ中のCaS、[O]は溶銑中の酸素を示す。

そこで、溶銑の脱硫処理において、この金属アルミニウムを脱酸剤として機能させると同時に発熱剤として有効利用することを検討・確認するべく、実機試験を実施した。
脱硫率=[(処理前溶銑中[S])-(処理後溶銑中[S])]×100/(処理前溶銑中[S])…(3)
但し、(3)式において、[S]は溶銑中の硫黄濃度(質量%)である。
Claims (3)
- 生石灰と、金属アルミニウムの含有量が50質量%以上100質量%以下で残部が実質的にアルミナであるアルミニウム系脱酸剤と、の混合体からなる脱硫剤であり、脱硫剤中のアルミニウム系脱酸剤の配合比率がアルミナ換算で10質量%以上50質量%以下であることを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫剤。
- 処理容器内に保持された溶銑に、請求項1に記載の脱硫剤を添加して、溶銑を脱硫処理することを特徴とする、溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
- 前記処理容器内の溶銑を、攪拌羽根によって攪拌しながら脱硫処理することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の溶銑の脱硫処理方法。
