Description
本発明の特徴とするところは、A.液体用部材と、B.液体用部材に液密状態で分離可能に接続、又は、連結される薬剤用部材を有し、液体用部材は、薬剤用部材側とは反対側に突出する液体用中空針を有し、薬剤用部材は、液体用部材とは反対側に突出し、液体用中空針と連通する薬剤用中空針を有する点にある。
尚、液体用部材と薬剤用部材の少なくとも一方における、他方と対向する部分に、上記一方の中空針と連通し、シリンジの注射針接続部が液密状態で分離可能に接続される雌ルアーが備えられることもある。
又、液体用部材と薬剤用部材が、係合手段により、接続されることもある。
更に、液体用中空針が、A.薬剤用中空針と連通する液体路と、B.空気路を有し、液体用部材が、空気路を外部と連通させる連通路を有することもある。
又、連通路にフィルターが備えられることもある。
更に、液体用中空針及び/又は薬剤用中空針が、A.円筒形状とされた基部と、B.先鋭状とされた先端部を有し、基部に開口が形成されることもある。
又、液体用中空針及び/又は薬剤用中空針が、A.円筒形状とされた基部と、B.先鋭状とされた先端部を有し、先端部に開口が形成されることもある。
更に、雌ルアーにフィルターが備えられることもある。
又、液体用部材に、薬剤用部材とは反対側に突出し、液体用中空針を内有するガイドが備えられ、薬剤用部材に、液体用部材とは反対側に突出し、薬剤用中空針を内有するガイドが備えられることもある。
更に、液体用部材と薬剤用部材が、可撓性を有し且つ破断可能なヒンジにより、連繋されることもある。
又、液体用部材と薬剤用部材が係脱自在に係合され、この係合の解除を防止する手段が備えられることもある。
更に、A.液体用部材と、B.液体用部材と一体化された薬剤用部材を有し、液体用部材は、薬剤用部材側とは反対側に突出する液体用中空針を有し、薬剤用部材は、液体用部材とは反対側に突出し、液体用中空針と連通する薬剤用中空針を有し、液体用中空針と薬剤用中空針間に、側方に開口する挿入孔が形成され、挿入孔に、両中空針を連通させる挿入体が挿入されることもある。
又、液体用中空針及び/又は薬剤用中空針が、先端部に2個の開口を有することもある。
更に、液体用中空針と連通する空気路が形成され、空気路にフィルターが備えられることもある。
又、挿入体がヒンジを介して一体化されることもある。
又、トランスファーニードルが、液体用中空針を有する液体用部材と、薬剤用中空針を有する薬剤用部材を有する分割タイプとされたので、容易に小径の各中空針を成形できる。それ故、各中空針をバイアルのゴム栓に穿刺した際に、中空針が、ゴム栓の弾性力により押し返される現象、即ち、キックバック現象を抑制できて、各中空針がゴム栓から押し返される力を小とでき、これにより、各中空針とバイアル内部の連通が遮断されたり、各中空針がゴム栓から不慮に抜ける惧れを小とでき、コアリングも抑制できる。
更に、上記のように、トランスファーニードルが、液体用中空針を有する液体用部材と、薬剤用中空針を有する薬剤用部材を有する分割タイプとされたので、中空針を、先端部ではなく、軸心方向中途部に開口のある、所謂、「サイドホール針」タイプとできて、ヒール部がゴム栓に接触しにくい。よって、中空針をバイアルのゴム栓に穿刺した際に、コアリングの発生を抑制できる。又、溶解液又は薬液等の液体と薬剤の溶解調製時に、液体を、「サイドホール針」タイプの中空針の開口から勢いよく噴出さこせることができ、これにより、液体を薬剤入り容器の壁面を伝わらせて、薬剤に到達とさせることができ、溶解調製時の泡立ちを軽減できる。
更に、従来の一体型トランスファーニードルでは、液体用中空針と薬剤用中空針同士を突き合わせて、成形する必要があるため、上・下金型の型締めの調整が困難で、トランスファーニードルの成形を容易に行なえず、成形時に、上・下金型が破損したり、或いは、バリが発生して、液体用中空針と薬剤用中空針の連通状態が不良となったりする惧れがあったが、本発明では、上記惧れは少ない。
請求項2記載の発明によれば、液体用部材と薬剤用部材の少なくとも一方における、他方と対向する部分に、上記上記一方の中空針と連通し且つシリンジの注射針接続部が液密状態で分離可能に接続される雌ルアーが備えられたので、トランスファーニードルを使用して、バイアル内で薬液を調製した後、このバイアル内の調製済み薬液を、更に、シリンジに移動させる際に、薬剤用中空針を上記バイアルのゴム栓から抜いて、シリンジに接続された金属製中空針を上記ゴム栓に再度穿刺する必要がない。それ故、上記ゴム栓に対する針の二度刺しによるコアリングの発生の惧れがない。
又、上記溶解調製時に、各中空針の先端部等が、バイアル内に残存することもなく、それ故、各中空針の先端部等と各バイアルの分別廃棄作業を行なう必要もなく、しかも、各中空針の先端部等による針刺し事故を引き起こす可能性も低い。
請求項5記載の発明によれば、フィルターにより、トランスファーニードル内部への雑菌の侵入を防止できる。
請求項8記載の発明によれば、調製済み薬液をシリンジに吸引する際に、フィルターにより、薬剤の溶け残りや、コアリングにより生じたゴム片等の異物がシリンジに吸引されることを防止できる。
請求項9記載の発明によれば、各スカートにより、各中空針が内有されているので、各中空針による誤刺の惧れを少なくできる。
請求項10記載の発明によれば、トランスファーニードルを間違いなく容易に組立ることができると共に、トランスファーニードルの部品点数も削減でき、部品管理を容易に行なえ、且つ、トランスファーニードルを安価に提供できる。
