Abstract
【解決手段】 リードバルブ20は、中央部に板厚方向に貫通する弁孔22が形成された板状の支持基板21と、この支持基板21の一方の面に弁孔22を覆うとともに長手方向の一端が固定されて配設された板状の可撓性を有するリード24とを備え、さらに、支持基板21が弁孔22内を長手方向中心線に沿って延びて弁孔22内を2つの空間(22a,22b)に分けるリブ27を有して構成される。そして、このリブ27におけるリード24と対向する面は、リード24が取り付けられた支持基板21の面と略同一平面上若しくは弁孔22内に位置し、リード24と近接するように構成される。

Claims (7)
- 中央部に板厚方向に貫通する弁孔が形成された板状の支持基板と、前記支持基板の一方の面に前記弁孔を覆うとともに長手方向の一端が前記支持基板に固定されて配設された板状の可撓性を有するリードとを備えて構成されるリードバルブにおいて、
前記支持基板が、前記弁孔内を長手方向中心線に沿って延びて前記弁孔内を2つの空間に分けるリブを有し、
前記リブにおける前記リードと対向する面は、前記リードが取り付けられた前記支持基板の面と略同一平面上若しくは前記弁孔内に位置し、前記リードと近接することを特徴とするリードバルブ。 - 前記リブが、前記リードと対向する面に形成され前記リブの幅方向に貫通する溝部を有し、前記溝部が前記リブにより分けられた前記弁孔内の空間を連通させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリードバルブ。
- 前記溝部が、前記リブにおける前記リードが固定された端部と反対側の端部に近い部分に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリードバルブ。
- 前記リブにおける前記リードと対向する面と反対側の面は、外側に向かって凸状に突出する断面V字状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のリードバルブ。
- 中央部に板厚方向に貫通する弁孔が形成された板状の支持基板と、前記支持基板の一方の面に前記弁孔を覆うとともに長手方向の一端が前記支持基板に固定されて配設された板状の可撓性を有するリードとを備えて構成されるリードバルブと、
前記リードバルブを通過する空気を供給する空気取入パイプが形成され前記リードが取り付けられた面と反対側の面を覆うように取り付けられるリードバルブカバーとから構成されるリードバルブアセンブリであって、
前記リードバルブカバーの内側の面で、前記弁孔と対向する面から前記弁孔側に延びるリブが形成されていることを特徴とするリードバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記リードバルブカバーが前記リードバルブに取り付けられたときに、前記リブと前記リードとの間には一定の間隙を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のリードバルブアセンブリ。
- 内燃機関の吸気装置から排気ポートに2次空気を供給する2次空気供給通路内に、前記リードが取り付けられた面が前記排気ポート側に向いて前記リードバルブが取り付けられ、前記排気ポート内の排気ガスが前記2次空気供給通路を通って前記吸気装置に逆流しないように用いられる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のリードバルブ若しくは請求項5または6に記載のリードバルブアセンブリ。
