Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 表面に酸化鉄又はルチル型二酸化チタンヲ含む第1の被膜を 有するCガラスの複数の薄片からなる真珠光沢顔料。 2. 前記第1の被膜がルチル型二酸化チタンを含む請求項1の真 珠光沢顔料。 3. 前記第1の被膜が酸化鉄を含む請求項1の真珠光沢顔料。 4. 多価カチオンの水和酸化物又は水酸化物、前記多価カチオン 及びアニオン性ポリマー物質の析出物と、水不溶性着色された顔料を含む第2の 層で被覆されており、前記カチオン、前記物質及び顔料の前記真珠光沢顔料に対 する重量%がそれぞれ0.01〜20、0.01〜20及び0.01〜30であ る請求項1の真珠光沢顔料。 5. 前記第1の被膜がルチル型二酸化チタンを含む請求項4の真 珠光沢顔料。 6. 前記第1の被膜が酸化鉄を含む請求項4の真珠光沢顔料。 7. 水和ルチル型形成二酸化チタン又は水和酸化鉄の第1の層を 複数のCガラス薄片上に形成し、前記積層された複数の薄片をか焼することを含 む真珠光沢顔料の形成方法。 8. 水和ルチル型形成二酸化チタンの第1の層をデポジットする 請求項7による方法。 9. 水和酸化スズを前記ガラス薄片上に析出させ、その後、水和 二酸化チタンの層をデポジットすることにより、前記層を形成する請求項8によ る方法。 10. カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン及び亜鉛イオンから なるグループから選ばれた少なくとも一つのものと鉄との存在のもとに、水和二 酸化チタンを複数の前記ガラス薄片にデポジットする請求項7による方法。 11. 水和酸化鉄の第1の層がデポジットされる請求項7による方 法。 12. か焼された前記複数の薄片の水性懸濁液をアニオン性ポリマ ー物質を含む水不溶性の着色された顔料の水性懸濁液と組み合わせ、得られた懸 濁液を多価カチオンの酸性水溶液と組み合わせ、所定のpHと該所定のpHにす るpH調節剤の存在のもとに水和酸化物又は水酸化物析出物及び前記物質をもつ 析出物を形成し、得られた着色顔料を回収する請求項7による方法。 13. 水和ルチル型形成二酸化チタンの第1の層をデポジットする 請求項12による方法。 14. 水和酸化スズを析出させることによって形成される第1の層 を複数の前記ガラス薄片の面上に析出させ、その後、水和二酸化チタンをその上 にデポジットさせる請求項12による方法。
