Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 光学繊維被覆のための放射線硬化性組成物において、次の前混合物成分: 約5重量%〜約95重量%の少なくとも一種類の放射線硬化性オリゴマー、 約5重量%〜約95重量%の少なくとも一種類の反応性希釈剤、 約0.1重量%〜約20重量%の少なくとも一種類の光開始剤で、速い硬化速 度を与えるように選択された光開始剤、 約0.1重量%〜約20重量%の少なくとも一種類のUV吸収性化合物で、実 質的に前記速い硬化速度を阻害しないUV吸収性化合物、 の組合せからなる放射線硬化性組成物。 2. 組成物が、1.0ジュール/cm2より低い放射エネルギーに露出した時 、その最大値(完全硬化)の95%まで硬化する、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化 性組成物。 3. UV吸収性化合物の量が少なくとも0.3重量%である、請求項1又は2 に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 4. UV吸収性化合物の量が少なくとも0.5重量%である、請求項3に記載 の放射線硬化性組成物。 5. オリゴマーがウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーである、請求項1〜4のい ずれか1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 6. 組成物がその最大モジュラスの少なくとも90%を達成するのに充分硬化 されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 7. 光開始剤がホスフィンオキシド化合物である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1 項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 8. 組成物が、外側第一光学繊維被覆になるように配合されている、請求項1 〜7のいずれか1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 9. 組成物が、内側第一光学繊維被覆になるように配合されている、請求項1 〜7のいずれか1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 10.UV吸収性化合物が、放射線硬化性官能基を有する、請求項1〜9のいず れが1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 11.組成物が、少なくとも二種類のUV吸収性化合物を含む、請求項1〜10 のいずれか1項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 12.組成物が、0.6ジュール/cm2より低い放射エネルギーに露出した時 、その最大値(完全硬化)の95%まで硬化する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1 項に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。 13.内側第一光学繊維被覆の色劣化速度を低下する方法において、 光学繊維を放射線硬化性内側第一被覆で被覆し、 前記内側第一被覆を、放射線硬化性外側第一被覆で、その外側第一被覆の硬化 速度を実質的に阻害しないUV吸収剤を含む外側第一被覆で被覆し、 前記被覆を放射線硬化する、 工程の組合せからなる、色劣化速度低下方法。 14.光学繊維、硬化内側第一被覆、及び硬化外側第一被覆を有する被覆光学繊 維において、硬化前の前記被覆の少なくとも一つが、請求項1〜12のいずれか 1項に記載の被覆である、被覆光学繊維。 15.内側第一被覆が、少なくとも一種類のウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、 少なくとも二種類の単量体希釈剤、及び少なくとも二種類の光開始剤からなり、 前記光開始剤の少なくとも一種類がホスフィンオキシド化合物である、請求項1 4に記載の被覆光学繊維。 16.内側第一被覆及び外側第一被覆が、夫々独立にエチレン系不飽和を有する UV吸収性化合物を含む、請求項14に記載の被覆光学繊維。 17.UV吸収性化合物が、少なくとも約0.5重量%の量で存在する、請求項 16に記載の被覆繊維。
