Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.好ましくは船または沖にある設備に設置されるのに適合する互いに逆方向 に回転する機械駆動タイプの係留用ダブルボラードであって、 固定された第一および第二の係留用ボラード(3、3)と、 少なくとも一つの前記係留用ボラード(3、3)の内部に配設されたモータ( 4)とを具備し、該モータは少なくとも一つの前記係留用ボラード(3、3)の 内部に且つ中心に提供される駆動軸(5)を備え、 前記第一および第二の係留用ボラード(3)の外側に回転可能に提供される外 側シリンダを具備し、該外側シリンダは前記駆動軸(5)と接続するように配設 された上端部を備えることを特徴とする係留用ダブルボラード(1)。 2.前記外側シリンダ(2)はその上端に上蓋(9)を有し、該上蓋(9)は さらに駆動軸接続部(7、8)を受容するためにネジ孔を有することを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の係留用ダブルボラード(1)。 3.前記モータ(4)は前記第一の係留用ボラード(3)内に固定され且つ貫 通駆動軸(14)を備え、該貫通駆動軸(14)の上端は前記外側シリンダ(2 )を駆動するために配設され、前記貫通駆動軸(14)の下端は第二の係留用ボ ラードの駆動軸(19)を駆動するために好ましくははめば歯車・チェーン構成 (15、16、17、18)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記 載の係留用ダブルボラード(1)。 4.前記駆動軸(5)の上端に好ましくは適応性のある接続部の第一の半体( 7)を有し、該接続部(7)の第二の半体(8)はボ ルト(10)によりシリンダの上蓋(9)の下方および接続部の第一の半分に且 つ中央に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の係留用ダブ ルボラード(1)。 5.前記モータは前記係留用ボラード(3)の内側に提供される基部リングに 適応性をもって格納され、前記モータを締結するボルトの孔は好ましくはゴムワ ッシャを有することを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の係留用ダブルボ ラード(1)。 6.好ましくは係留用ダブルボラード(1)が互いに逆方向に一方向に回転す るように前記外側シリンダの上端部と固定された前記係留用ボラードの内側面と の間に好ましくはストッパが提供されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか 一つに記載の係留用ダブルボラード(1)。 7.固定された前記係留用ボラード(3)の頂部リムと前記外側シリンダ(2 )の上端部との間に適切な数の摺動ベアリング(12)が提供され、該摺動ベア リング(12)がパイプ(13)を備えるグリースニップルを有することを特徴 とする前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の係留用ダブルボラード(1)。 8.固定された前記係留用ボラード(3)と前記外側シリンダ(2)との間に グリースニップルとパイプ(13)とを備えた適切な数の摺動ベアリングを備え ることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一つに記載の係留用ダブルボラード( 1)。 9.好ましくは係留用ダブルボラード(1)が互いに逆方向に一方向に回転す るように前記外側シリンダの下方外壁と基部の下側との間にストッパ(11)が 提供されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5、7および8に記載の係留用ダブルボ ラード(1)。
