Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シートの一方の面の気孔に第1イオン交換材料を含浸し、他方の面に第2 イオン交換材料を含浸した微細多孔質ポリマーシートから本質的になる複合膜で あって、各々の前記材料が、前記シートの各面において、微細多孔質ポリマーシ ートの表面の少なくとも付近の気孔を完全に満たして塞ぎ、その結果、流体に対 して不透過性である複合膜。 2.シートの全気孔領域が、イオン交換材料で満たされて塞がれた請求項1に 記載の複合膜。 3.一方のイオン交換材料が、他方の材料よりも前記微細多孔質ポリマーシー トの気孔体積をより多く占拠した請求項2に記載の複合膜。 4.複合膜の厚さが5ミル未満である請求項1、2又は3に記載の複合膜。 5.イオン交換材料が、フッ素化されたイオン性のポリマーである請求項1、 2又は3に記載の複合膜。 6.微細多孔質ポリマーシートが微細多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンシー トである請求項1に記載の複合膜。 7.微細多孔質ポリマーシートが微細多孔質ポリテトラフルオロエチレンシー トである請求項5に記載の複合膜。 8.フッ素化されたイオン性のポリマーがカチオン官能基を有する請求項5に 記載の複合膜。 9.カチオン官能基が、カルボキシル官能基とスルホン官能基からなる部類よ り選択された請求項8に記載の複合膜。 10.一方のイオン交換材料が、微細に分割された粉末を含む請求項2に記載 の複合膜。 11.一方のイオン交換材料が非イオン性のポリマーを含む請求項2に記載の 複合膜。 12.粉末が金属酸化物である請求項10に記載の複合膜。 13.一方のイオン交換材料が電気触媒でコーティングされた請求項2に記載 の複合膜。 14.分離装置に装着された請求項1に記載の複合膜。 15.電気化学的電池に装着された請求項1に記載の複合膜。 16.微細多孔質シートが裏張り材に取り付けられた請求項1、2又は3に記 載の複合膜。 17.層に重ねられた請求項1に記載の複合膜のアセンブリ。
