Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 糸から得られた反射信号(10)を分類フイールド(16)で分類し分類結果に基づ いて該糸の異物の植類を識別することを特徴とする、糸の品質を監視する方法。 2 前記糸の表面に左右される電気信号(10)が得られることと、どの湯合にも該 電気信号の一部の振幅と長さ/持続時間についてのいくつかの閾値(25〜33,20 〜25)を持つ該電気信号の値についての分類フイールド(16)があらかじめ決定さ れることと、該信号が該閾値のすべてと比較されることと、4個の閾値の組み合 わせによつて類(34)が形成されることと、該糸の各部分についてどの類に属する かが突き止められることと、及び類の所属に基づいて同じ類に属する該糸の一部 が分離されることとを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3 前記糸の一部の分離が該糸の一部のカウントにより行われることを特徴とす る、請求項2に記載の方法。 4 前記糸の一部の分離が切除により行われることを特徴とする、請求項2に記 載の方法。 5 ある異物がある類と相関関係にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方 法。 6 前記糸(8)が入射光によつて光学的に走査されることを特徴とする、請求項 2に記載の方法。 7 前記糸(8)の表面を走査するとともに該糸における光の反射によつて得られ た信号(10)を出力するための光学センサ(1)と、ケース毎に該糸の一部の長さと 該糸の一部における反射測定値とについていくつかの閾値が記憶されるとともに 該電気信号の値と該閾値のすべてとの比較が連続して行われる評価ユニツト(2) とを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法 を実行する装置。 8 前記センサが紡糸個所に直接配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載 の装置。 9 前記センサが糸巻個所に直接配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載 の装置。
