Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次式で表される化学的に均一な複合体 A−L−P ここで、 Aは、付着基を表し、 Pは、特定の化学結合の加水分解または還元に続いて前記複合体から放出さ れることにより活性化し、または前記複合体の一部として含まれているときより も活性になる生物学的に安定なプロドラッグを表し、 Lは、前記付着基およびプロドラッグと位置特異的に化学的結合して、化学 的に均一な複合体を与える2官能性のリンカーであり、 A、LおよびPは共有結合している。 2.請求項1に記載の複合体であって、A、は特定の組織に固有の細胞表面レ セプターに特異的に結合することにより、前記プロドラッグの組織特異的または 細胞特異的なターゲッティングするための手段を提供する複合体。 3.請求項1に記載の複合体であって、Aは、細胞表面レセプターに特異的に 結合し、これによって前記レセプターを有する細胞への該複合体の導入を促進す るリガンドである複合体。 4.請求項1に記載の複合体であって、Aはネオグリコペプチドである複合体 。 5.請求項1に記載の複合体であって、Aは図1の化合物群から選択される複 合体。 6.請求項1に記載の複合体であって、Pは、酵素的加水分解または生分解に 対して抵抗性のヌクレオチド間結合を有するオリゴヌクレオシドである複合体。 7.請求項6に記載の複合体であって、Pは、表1に列記した化合物群から選 択される複合体。 8.請求項6に記載の複合体であって、Pは、デオキシリボシド、リボシド、 2´−O−メチルリボシドまたは他のヌクレオシドおよびこれらの混合物からな る群から選択される複合体。 9.請求項6に記載の複合体であって、Pは、ホスホジエステル、チオリン酸 ジエステルおよびホスホン酸メチル結合、並びに酵素的加水分解または生分解に 抵抗性である他の結合からなる群から選択される複合体。 10.請求項1に記載の複合体であって、Lは表4の架橋剤の産物である複合 体。 11.請求項2に記載の複合体であって、前記組織は肝臓である複合体。 12.メチルホスホン酸オリゴデオキシヌクレオシド・ネオグリコペプチドで あるYEE(al-GalNAc)3-SMCC-AET-UmpT 7。 13.図10および図11に示した構造の、ヌクレオシド間のジエステル結合 およびメチルホスホン酸エステル結合を有するオリゴ2´−O−メチルリボシド ・ネオグリコペプチド複合体であって、前記構造は、異なった塩基および糖から なるこっらおりごまーのファミリーを表す複合体。 14.組織特異的デリバリーのためのオリゴマーおよびネオグリコペプチドを 含む化学的に均一なデリバリーアセンブリーであって、前記オリゴマーはメチル ホスホン酸オリゴデオキシヌクレオシドまたはその類縁体であり、前記オリゴマ ーおよび前記ネオグリコペプチドは共有結合されている複合体。 15.遺伝子特異的な、請求項14のデリバリーシステム。 16.配列特異的な、請求項15に記載のデリバリーシステム。 17.前記組織が肝臓である、請求項16に記載のデリバリーシステム。
