Description

このレシオ回路では、駆動側ＭＯＳトランジスタ２０２のコンダクタンスを負荷側ＭＯＳトランジスタ２０６のそれよりも大きな値に設定している。これにより、上記のように両者がオン状態で電気的に衝突したときは、ノード２１０にはＭＯＳトランジスタ２０２側の基準電圧（グランド電位）寄りの出力電圧が得られるようにしている。
